I am sure Russia has contingency plans to level Kiev using conventional weapons should the need arise. I believe more weapons are ending up in Russia’s possession than in the hands of the Ukraine military, which has devolved into young teens with little or no training, who run away whenever confronted, leaving their weapons behind.
