Opioid overdoses don’t look anything like all of these jab-related deaths….and an easy toxicology evaluation will reveal the truth.
Those deaths where people appear to be swatting away the monkey on their backs indicates opioids are the cause.

I wonder if it could actually be the exact opposite, though – it kind of looks like it…even if a small, observational correlation.
To wit:
Place a very small amount of fentanyl in certain pills as the CCP that controls, at least, some (near all, in reality) of the plants that manufacture some prescriptions, vitamins, etc..
I mean a very tiny amount…at first – tainted. The idea is to build dependency without totally warping the host or even having them realize it. Then more, over time.
At some point, you pull it out – all of it, all at once. Then you get super clown world and SADS.
It would also explain some of the earlier ,”regular” clown world (glued to phones, unstable, no thought process, etc.) as the doses were upped and people didn’t know.
IF the CCP used tactics like “rolling-debauchery”, where not every single batch was distorted, but a schedule was scrolled through regularly, detection could be avoided for a long, long time.
Just a thought as an alternative to the binary of vax/fent, which is kind of a false dichotomy, even if one of those things is the true cause.

In many gaming scenarios, the mistake often revolves around assuming it’s a single action when it is multiple – theefailure in assuming the “opponent/competitor” is not the most devious SOB on the planet.
The effects of opioid use are not subtle. Can’t see this strategy working effectively. I can however see the strategy of simply adding the stuff to other stuff and killing people on purpose working quite well. Cocaine isn’t good for your health, but unless you consume a tremendous amount, are inherently allergic to it, or similar, its not going to kill you….unless its mixed with fentanyl. Once again, a fully legal, competitive market for ALL drugs, produced by reputable folks, sold by reputable folks, with purity and potency clearly labeled, would eliminate likely 95% of overdoses. No, not utopia, but a significant reduction in the police/state tyranny that muscles its way into our lives under the guise of “fighting the war on drugs.”

We’ve all forgotten about this one from 1989 when we were told what they would do. It’s a mix of chemicals dispersed within many different products that by themselves are benign, but when combined are lethal. The cocktail is placed in things that can be easily avoided by those in the know (i.e., elites) and thus represent a targeted poison.

As the death rate’s increase, they will try to distract and detract from the deadly vaccine being the cause, this is one of those distractions/detractions. George Floyd died of a fentanyl over dose, almost 4 time what is considered to be a lethal dose in his blood steam. We all saw how Floyd died, not instantly but certainly over a few minutes time as the drug worked it’s way through his system. Not buying it for a minute, fentanyl is a deadly synthetic heroin, but it is not to blame for the sudden death syndrome we are witnessing in real time every day in the young and athletic people, not to mention the elderly. Toxicology repots would bare that question out instantly.
The eyes give away opioid ingestion too. Pupils constricted.
Seems like solid tactics to flood the zone with Fentanyl, boost the overdose numbers as high as possible, create the uncertainty and achieve higher targeted casualty rates.
Both overdose and vax deaths seem to target 18-50 year old males.
Win, win, from a militarized perspective.
