Good observation, but shame on Mr. Gorka for “there’s” (there is) instead of there’re (there are) when referring to plural drop boxes. And before there cries of “grammar nazi” arise, remember that if we lose the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, effectively, and correctly, we will lose our society.

We used to have a Grammar Nazi. He went by El Coyote and was a great contributor in the comments. He passed away a couple years ago and is greatly missed.

Proper English grammar is an important component of our National Culture — as is proper spelling and any number of other elements that combine to create that Culture.

It’s not racist … it’s not anything ‘evil’ … it’s just another part of the glue that holds US together as a Sovereign Nation — and the more we let folks get away with destroying these components, the faster our National Sovereignty and our National Culture and our National Identity will disappear from this earth.

Keep up the good work …

We can ask Austrian Peter, but I don’t think most Americans use Proper English grammar.

The real problem in speech is not precise language. The problem is clear language. The desire is to have the idea clearly communicated to the other person. It is only necessary to be precise when there is some doubt as to the meaning of a phrase, and then the precision should be put in the place where the doubt exists. It is really quite impossible to say anything with absolute precision, unless that thing is so abstracted from the real world as to not represent any real thing.

P.S. Look up the meaning of “concisely” and then give me some examples of concise communications from anyone whom you follow. “Effectively” and “correctly” are placeholder words for “words that sound like they mean something but just fill space in my sentence.”

Since states are allowed to decide how they handle elections, the blue states will never go back to voting only on election day with narrow parameters to control absentee ballots. Mail in voting for several weeks before an election makes it easy to cheat.

I used to think CC Rider was full of shit. Now I think he has his shit together. I’ve voted for my last time. The Missouri Republican Congressional delegation may as well be Nancy Pelosi. They don’t do shit except collect their paychecks from the government and their real bosses.

And every time they take over a state, the first item on the agenda will be to loosen voting laws.

Humor is mostly about good timing. Which is why this is funny. Voting harder-harder is funny when it is done twice a day for a week and nothing changes. But stretch that out to once every two years and that’s just called Our Democracy at work.

See how hard it is for people to realize that voting only works to show you how it doesn’t matter whom you vote for, because the powers that be will just keep you voting until you vote the way they want you to?
