After working over 30 years in the criminal justice system, including 9 years in State penitentiaries in Baltimore and rural FL, and 24 years as a state parole and probation officer and Seattle and environs, I can Affirm that White on black crime of any kind is virtually nonexistent, and that black on White murder, rape, and aggravated assaults have been escalating to a crescendo, having its origins 60 years ago!
