Normalizing Servitude

T.L. Davis

For all of the speculation about Brunson v Adams, we knew the Supreme Court would never take the case. Didn’t we? There is no end to the humiliation and degradation of those who believe we still live in a constitutional republic. We do not. The sooner folks understand that the United States of America of their youth is gone, consumed by the voracious appetite for power and control of the communists a long time ago, the better. The average American believes that this is not a communist country, because they don’t understand that a permit to build is asking permission from the government to do something with one’s own property. They don’t understand the whole part of “property” which precludes the need to ask anyone anything about it.

I once was talking to a candidate for county commissioner and I asked him the difference between owning something and not owning something. He didn’t understand what I was trying to get at. He said, “well, when you buy something, you own it.” “Like land?” I asked. “I guess,” he replied. “Like this cup off coffee?” I asked, holding up my paper cup. “Yes.” “You don’t see the difference?” “Not really,” he said. “The difference is when I own something, like this cup, no one will ever ask me for another cent, no matter what I do with it, even if I turn it into some sort of dwelling. But land, I don’t own that, because every year I have to pay for it again, to the government, in order to keep it.”

The very concept of property taxes is communist and anyone who benefits from it, or helps to collect it is also a communist. Now think of how embedded the idea of property taxes is in our society and think about how long these communist notions have been festering in a “free” nation.

Anyone willing to force, at the point of a gun, someone off of property they’ve paid every cent to acquire from the previous owner, so the government can sell it and keep the money is also a communist. There is no private property when property tax is collected, that’s all government property that one leases back from the government, even if one has the title to it, the deed.

Whether this all goes back to 1791 or 1871 or 1913 or 1963 (the government coup against Kennedy) is irrelevant other than some intellectual debate hosted by Hillsdale College. We’re living in the midst of a federal government run by unelected, unaccountable clerks and bottle washers in Washington, DC, who believe, and have every right to believe, that they run the country from their cubicles. They will violate any law, quash any right, send the FBI to any house, threaten any person, including Supreme Court justices, to get their way.

The clearly corrupt Soviet-style January 6th committee, as a last middle finger to the rest of the nation, released personal addresses of Republicans so that Antifa and BLM activists will know where to go to threaten and harass them, perhaps even assassinate them. That is not the act of a legitimate, responsible government, it’s the act of a lawless, desperate, hateful bunch of bigots intent on fomenting civil war and an uncivil society where their opponents must be destroyed. That our labors are forced to contribute to these disgusting acts is a crime against the conscience.

There should be no income tax at all, especially not on labor. That’s as communist as it gets, that you owe tax on using your body and mind to make money to secure your own survival. That sounds so crazy, so unjust, so criminal that it’s hard to conceive the logical rationalization for it, but you know where it comes from, the very idea of it? It comes from the petty, jealous, status-conscious worms that wanted to get some of the wealth others had made. It was “tax the rich” from the turn of the previous century communists, who were much more open about who they were and what they wanted. It was the age of labor unions and collectivisms of all kinds. But a tax on wages, one’s hard work, is the same as admitting that the government owns you, your heart, your soul and your sweat. They then threaten you with prison if you don’t perform and pay your debt. One has to give them a cut of the action to keep from being taken out of society and put into prison all because they want to earn money for their family and satisfy their legitimate debts for which they personally benefit. It’s sick, it’s diseased to think like that, but we have allowed it for more than a century. It’s time to stop.

One can only be a slave if they think that they’re a slave; one can only be free if they think that they’re free. What does thinking like a free person look like? Start with no one owes anything to anyone at birth. This is the crime of government debt. This is involuntary servitude when payment for a debt amassed before one’s birth is demanded by the government. The very demand is unjust. Government debt is something no free person can satisfy, that would have to come about by the government itself. If it is entrusted with capital and fails in its fiduciary responsibility, it must find the funds to satisfy that fiduciary responsibility from the present budget, or it is in default. These are things not discussed between those who create government debt and those who profit from government debt. These are the 21st Century slave-owners and they exclude from the negotiation those responsible for the debt, because they are slaves. In effect, this is servitude. They take your wages at threat of prison to service a debt not of your making, encumbering unborn generations in the process. And those subjected to this injustice call themselves “free.”

I don’t mean to insult anyone here. I am no less guilty, but it is no less a crime because I recognize that I am also a victim. Resistance starts, however, with this discussion, this recognition. They say that taxes are the price paid for those things from which all of society benefits. Okay, that has some merit, but when those dollars are merely collected through the police state, laundered through overseas accounts and returned into the pockets of those who extorted it from the people, there is no social benefit. When public schools are used as communist indoctrination centers, the republic does not benefit and so the people of the republic do not benefit and it becomes a crime against the people. Fraud is fraud no matter how well ingrained in the “system.” A system conceived in fraud, but allowed to function for more than a generation becomes ingrained in the minds of those who are brainwashed to believe it’s just the way things are done and they accept it. This is the purpose of multi-generational debt, a normalizing of servitude.

There comes a time when the system is so corrupt that it can no longer stand. That time is now. You know it’s now, because they are now attempting to tell us what sort of stove we can use; our new cars will have kill switches so the government can keep us from freely traversing the state or nation, all things that are anathema to a free people. They are moving toward Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) for the same reason they want a kill switch in our vehicles, to trap us into socially-acceptable behaviors, in other words, acting against our own best interests. It’s not about national security or national health, it’s just obviously about control of the population. Why? Because they have greater and greater injustices planned.

It’s hard to conceive of injustices more evil and deliberate than the poisoning of an entire population, but they’ve done so already, proudly, and still encourage taking the poison even as its evil is being revealed in real-time on television to the whole nation who, mostly, continue to believe the lie of “experts are baffled.” They might as well admit that “experts are complicit.” What level of brainwashing and gaslighting can sustain this massive wave of sudden deaths? As it continues, hope begins to diminish for the people of America, they’re believing themselves into graves and no one seems able to stop it.

I’ve heard some brave representatives of the people speak out against the stolen elections of 2020 and of 2022, but I don’t recall hearing it, at least not loud enough to be heard, of the crime of vaxx deaths. In this, they are almost all guilty. On this subject they are almost all guilty of the illusion of taking the jab, when they know it was a placebo with which they allowed themselves to be injected on camera, or it was completely faked. We know this, because we know that none of them are suddenly dying.

The only thing that can stop any of this is to recognize that our freedom comes from God and to demand that freedom. Why does God want us to have freedom? Because it’s only in the free exercise of generosity that is true charity. Charity is not that which is taken from one and given to his fellow. That is theft, coercion and bribery all in one act and so, cannot have virtue.

Wow had a discussion with a public school teacher regarding my property taxes paying for public schools when I sent my children to private school. She told me the public school is there for you if you want it ! Then she told me the school sports fields are there for my children to use in the parks & recreation sports leagues. I explained to her you are aware that I had to pay a field use fee for my children to play sports on the fields thru the Recreation & Parks Government Office along with my property tax to pay her salary and benefits, the building she works in and the field construction & maintenance and yet I only benefit from the fields being here !
She told me I benefited from the education other children get in the public school. I replied really this system is graduating students that have a 1.6 GPA and more than 50% cannot read or perform math at a fifth grade level . Her next comment was priceless: we need more money ! Your joking right ? Bewildered like any socialist or communist when hit between the eyes with their failures !
The school system I speak of spends more per student than any other in the country and have been pulling the grade inflation nonsense and passing students with less than 50% attendance and she wants more money 🤪💰
Ya sure that will fix it LMAO

I don’t post this to brag, but only to reinforce your point that more money is NOT the solution. I live in a very rural, very poor county in a very poor state. Spending per student here is only 40% what it is in New York, but the students here actually get educated, get scholarships to high ranked (note that I do not call them “good”) universities, and do well in the work force. Money per student is not the issue. We are socially conservative, quite religious, and have fewer than 1% Black.

I remember reading about a black student at one of the ‘premier’ schools in Baltimore who was due to graduate from 12th grade in 2021.

His mother discovered about 4 or 5 months prior to his scheduled graduation date that his GPA was 0.13 — and that he was 62d out of a class of 120 …

She pitched a fit … her son had missed something like 279 days of school in 4 years of high school … and did I say that he was 62d out of 120 students — at one of Baltimore’s ‘premier’ schools?

He had passed only 3 courses in his 4 years of high school — and he was 62d out of 120 students at this ‘art’ school …

The school placated his mother by supposedly putting him back a bit and graduating him at the end of the following year … even if he got all ‘A’ grades in that re-do year, his GPA would likely ‘jump’ to 0.20 or some such thing …

And did I mention that he was going to be 62d out of a class of 120? At one of Baltimore’s ‘premier’ art schools?

Ah Pascal’s Wager. Always amusing.

So are you able to objectively discern if you REALLY believe or if you are just playing along because of fear that “you’ll spend ETERNITY in suffering and sorrow” if you don’t?

That you present Pascal’s Wager as your argument, tends to suggest that it may be the latter, which no believer would ever admit.

If God exists, I wonder what he is going to be fooled by those who feign belief only due to fear of eternal punishment.

I have always held that if God exists, he would understand and appreciate those who honestly have doubt. I don’t think he would think much of those trying to “game the system”.

There will come a time when we both find out.

Even that is presumptuous. It assumes you are correct. Because if God does not exist as commonly portrayed, and if there is nothing more, neither of us will find out anything.

You missed the point of “God given rights”. The concept was invented as a brilliant new legal device created by Thomas Jefferson as a way to place basic rights beyond the jurisdiction of man (politicians) to change or take. He invented a whole new level of jurisdiction, enshrined by the constitution, and the Bill of Rights was layered on additionally to try to safeguard the most important individual rights, thanks to George Mason. Now all that is required is to enforce those rights. You’re welcome.

Tolerance is not a virtue. Period. Tolerance may or may not be desirable, but it is not a universal moral principle. Tolerance is a peace treaty. Once the other party to the peace treaty BREAKS the terms, the treaty is null and void.

Muslim guy won’t tolerate Christianity? Black guy won’t tolerate Whites? Feminist chick won’t tolerate men? Queer guy won’t tolerate straights?

No need to tolerate THEM, no ethical injunction. Metaphorically speaking, put them to the sword.

Property ownership is inseparable from individual sovereignty.
Individual sovereignty, is the right to own your own body, and your own life.
It includes the right to own property to support and sustain your life.
Any infringement on your property rights, is an infringement on your right to be a sovereign individual.
All forced taxes, permits, and licenses and prohibitions are infringements on your individual sovereignty.
To the degree you have to ask permission from government to do something, you are subservient to that government.
These are elementary school level concepts, and yet 95% of Americans cannot grasp them. And still they wave the flag and believe they are free. If that is not mass psychosis, then I am not sure what is.

I have a question I use to stump the “we are free” believers.

Can you list all the things you are free to do? Not “can get away with”, but actually unregulated by government and free to do.

After shooting down three or four of their attempts to show something they are really free to do, they just get indignant and insulting. The stupid always want to shoot the messenger.

Anyone here know anything that is truly free to do?

Looks like they are free to be stupid. Of course they still have to pay for it, but they are free to BE it.

Indeed. Stupidity has a very high cost.

Of course the government does regulate stupidity at their discretion. Anyone can be deemed “unfit to conduct their own affairs” and become a ward of the state.

So I would put down “free to be stupid” as a grey area. Degree of stupid might be a factor.

Generally you can walk or ride a bike for free, and at present you can suck air.

Nope.

Jaywalking. Cross at the light. Only walk toward oncoming traffic. = Regulated

Wear a helmet. Have lights. Not on sidewalks. Only in bike lanes. = Regulated

Breathing I might allow, but during covidiocy and still now, where you exhaled and how became regulated. Remember people getting arrested for “breathing at someone”?

I did say generally. As far as jaywalking, crossing at the light, and walking towards oncoming traffic, the first two are in municipalities, they are certainly one of the least free places to be. Away from the municipalities, those things don’t generally apply. I’ve never even heard of walking towards oncoming traffic being mandated anywhere, though it is generally a good idea. Likely in some states / places it is, that just means you should probably escape to somewhere that isn’t a prison. Bike riding, I have never heard of only bike lanes either being a requirement. It doesn’t stop you from or make you pay for its use (though somebody pays for it). Bike helmets as far as I know are not mandated here either, though neither are motorcycle helmets.
Funny about the sucking air one. I think I may have been back in the day one of the first to suggest they would get around to regulating / taxing breathing. I’m not sure masks were regulated per say, I think that was just outright dictate. But that is not now, at least here. Not that it affected me, I didn’t go anywhere much, and the few places I did I didn’t give in to the dictates. But there are few things that I do give into dictates.
Something to keep in mind though, is that municipalities are not public right aways, they are corporate property, regulated and created by statute. Expecting to not have some rules is much like expecting to not have rules on any other property you don’t own.

The ones you don’t think are regulated? You should check your local laws. Might not be enforced but probably laws regarding. Here, they all are.

Expecting to not have some rules

Never said that.

Anyone here know anything that is truly free to do?

Was the question.

Roads are public right of ways. Or were, until they regulated them.

Anyway, not trying to bust balls or anything, more of a nudge to get people to think about how NOT free they really are. There probably are a few things that can be done entirely without regulation, but very few and probably only because TPTB overlooked them or have not got to them yet.

And if breathing, riding a bike and walking are the only things that you can do freely, are you really free?

They are still public right aways. They have as yet not stopped you from riding a bike or walking on them, and I’d also add horse, buggy and wagon, etc., the amish (the Amish are probably some of the freer folk, leastwise from the state. I have also many times suggested that the homeless are also) do pretty well not being regulated as such. So you are free to travel as long as you are using one of the grandfathered / outmoded means of transportation.

If it was up to me, as I have suggested in the past as an alternative to the Libertarians scheme of “selling” the public ride aways to private interest, and we should all know how that would go, is we should just go back to dirt roads, and those who want to use them expediently should do their best to expedite that on their dime.

Talk about the Libertarians as fast as they could distancing themselves from that suggestion. lol

Really, there isn’t anyplace I need to be in a hurry, and if it wasn’t for property taxes and having to work to pay them and all the other expenses regulated to pay, nether would anyone else. Paved good roads really benefit business and government the most, and they pay nothing for the roads.

Never claimed we were free, except those things within the frameworks I suggested.

You falsely make the assumption everyone must live in a city or town. I can walk on public lands in any manner I choose. I can go N,S,E,W 10 miles of Prince George and the only ones that will take notice will be the moose or deer.

Go further north into the boonies and I can do anything I like, even hunt if need be to survive. I can build a shack to live in and no authority can say no. Even tho its illegal, if I live and work in the boonies I can carry a firearm, legally. Of course you’ll jump on that tidbit but even if not ‘legal’ whos going to enforce it??

Maybe the question should be revised somewhat. What can you do freely in an urban environment?? Because out in the boonies, we can do pretty much whatever you want. Plus anyone living out here doesn’t give a shit what you can and cannot do in the city. Its why folks live in the boonies, you want rulers… stay in the city

Yes, one example I give is I can claim I am a king even locked in a rubber room, but unless I have foot soldiers to enforce it, does that make me your king (government)?
Until you come across somebody willing to enforce the king’s law, you are free to do what you want (though there are certainly other sovereigns that might take issue if you are being an ass).
Most people self impose their servitude, and expect that same servitude for everyone, for fear of the king in the rubber room, when in reality most people live most their lives in a state if anarchy, unless they impose the servitude on themselves (and misery loves company).
The further you get from the king’s men, the less they can impose the king’s governance on you, whether that king be the pretend official one, or the mob boss across the street.

I’m pretty sure as he indicates that he understood the question, and revised the question, pointing out that you are better off being the farthest away you can be from the king’s men.
Of course, I could also point out that just because something is illegal / or regulated, doesn’t mean it is constitutional. And 99% of what the state does (on any level) is unconstitutional, voluntary or administrative being enforced as general law applicable to the public.

I’ve done similar in asking people to name 5 important things they are free do without a permit or fee- can’t do it. Even the things you didn’t personally pay a fee for many others did before it got to you.

You think businesses pay tax? No, only the final buyer pays all the taxes all the way up the line.

I would also like to make a point about this “boomer”thing……would you blame gamers wake up?…..research real history(if you can find it)it was MY grandfather and great grandfather…….not blaming…but what did THEY know about it??only what they were told…….was it honest and reliable???nope,NEVER HAS BEEN!….me?,I have been trying to tell people for a few decades about how UNIQUE America is and how their rights are being eroded only to be told I was the one who was ignorant ,”we don’t live in those times” anymore…..
Chip on my shoulder? you bet!I truly feel sorry for the younger generations tho’…
When you go about blaming you NEVER see your responsibility in any given situation therefore you will NEVER be able to solve your own problems!
It’s not what the other guy does… It’s what YOU do……

For decades I have asked people just what they can do that does not have the thumb print of one or more levels of government on it. Over my life I bought, lived in, and sold nine houses. Friends used to ask me why I never paid one off so I could own it. I said you never own the house, the day you stop paying taxes and every other thing associated with the house the government or someone else owns it. You pay for your living space as along as you are alive.
– I found taking the equity was most satisfactory.

T.L. Davis, you hit the nail right on the head! Thank you for letting us know not everyone in America has gotten so dull that they actually think we’re still “free”. Unfortunately the majority has gotten so dumbed down, they can’t read well enough to comprehend TRUTH! This was a completely unbiased article in its content, however many will make it about anything other than the loss of freedom in America and how that has happened. We are the proverbial “slowly boiling frog”! And if you haven’t wisely gotten out of that boiling pot, you’re ldone for. Unfortunate but true! Don’t get wrapped up in worthless, useless arguments that have no bearing on this article. Be smart and ignore them, stupidity dies slowly but surely, especially when ignored.😇👵
