With the “stroke of a pen,” Joe Biden signed the January 2023 Declaration of North America that has betrayed American sovereignty as a Nation, making one “North America” country out of Mexico, the USA, and Canada.
This strategy has been moving along since as far back as the early 1900s. The ultimate goal has been to create a 1 world govt. Well, the elimination of a huge percentage of the population has been accomplished by the use of the Covid “vaccine” bioweapons. If you’ve taken the jabs you have been intentionally injured. I think the primary goal of the plan(demic) “vaccinations” was to create infertility in the global population. That is speculation on my part but it absolutely never was about improving or sustaining your health. Quite the contrary.
To be concise, the Covid Plandemic was/is a global psy-op (psychological operation) initiated by our DOD (dept of defense) to get the world injected with these bioweapons. They were given to billions of people to “fight this novel pandemic”. The actual injections are legally defined as “bioweapon prototype countermeasures”. This gave the bastards legal cover to inject the world with these bioweapon prototype countermeasures because it was a “fight against a novel viral disease”. All of which was complete BS and a fabrication. There never were any true safety trials (sham trials, etc) and there will be no compensation for any death or injury caused by them because again, they were given in defense of and as a countermeasure to the “novel virus” they created. Almost the entire world has been poisoned-billions of people. There is not 1 shred of “protection” offered by these bioweapon prototype countermeasures and there never was intended to be.
HHS secretary Javier Becerra will be signing all of our US health sovereignty over to the WHO in January 2023-this is another act of TREASON but will occur.
If you think this is some crazy conspiracy theory, you are mistaken. This is what happened and is happening. No BS, no speculation. The world has been duped.

This doesn’t specifically refute what you say about Congressional approval. However, the Congress and Presidents (to include Trump) have circumvented the Constitution. They have sold us out. I’ll look for the specific article that proves they have done this but this should be sufficient for now to realize we have been sold out by the criminals in Congress (virtually ALL of them) and the Presidency.
