Put up or shut up time for America’s troubled new aircraft carrier. The article is unimportant, it is the usual back and forth bullshit. I was more struck by this comment at Free Republic, a previous bastion of pro-American conservatism, which was exactly what I was thinking:
The US military exists to serve ruling class interests. Protecting the United States or fighting for freedom anywhere are not on the ruling class agenda these days.
They are “our” military only is the sense that we are forced to pay for it. The officer corps get critical race theory at the military academies. They will massacre Americans if ordered.
As far as I’m concerned this is a story about an enemy aircraft carrier.
The only other reply to the post agreed that he was likely correct. Wait until they all find out about the surveillance. Pro-Americanism is dead, and it was US intelligence supporting Cabal which killed it.
Brilliant B_MC thank you – it’s not dissimilar here in UK except I’m not sure where the UK Military’s allegiance lies – ostensibly they pledge their loyalty to the King. This ia what our army says:

There’s more and examples of the army maiming and killing people in the past but not recently. It seems our deep and long history places some degree of constraint on HMG attacking its own people which is probably why they used military grade PsyOp in 2020. This gives you a feel for it in UK but of course you have the National Guard and they did kill students during the Vietnam anti-war protests.

I firmly believe it does!…..I think a lot of people have learned in the last half a century the difference between war and revolution….and NOT the leftist fake populism type…..or is it the spooks?!?…we have watched from afar the surrender of peoples weapons in various countries…….I/we also would rather die on our feet than live on our knees,I’m not alone….they know that…..
So good to hear Obbledy and my time in Texas (1997) convinced me of the value of guns. I hope it doesn’t come to it, but if so, I only wish I were younger – I would join you like a shot (forgive pun!).
