We don’t need to worry about taking showers or running the AC since we can’t afford that anyway. We have to spend our money on the furbabies because no one else will take care of them.
It’s sad. We don’t even have daughters that will get some TV producers to come save us for their TV show.
No one is going to stop this. We are going to end up collapsed on the floor and the pets will eat our face off when the food runs out.

Off topic – sort of and sort of not … in the last couple weeks here in the Twin Cities (MN) the beggars at the red lights and freeway exits are suddenly … gypsies. Women with infants in their arms. To my knowledge, we don’t have many Roma here. Never seen gypsy beggars around here. Where are they coming from? I’m not talking about white people with Roma lineage (like the great Albert Lee). I’m talking about young women who look like they’re from the Punjab. These are not I.T. workers begging on their off time. I have a weird feeling they blew in from somewhere and will move on to somewhere else in a week or two. Definitely something inorganic happening.
If I have to go down, being eaten by an aniaml would be my preferance.

Having experience of both, you don’t stand around at parade rest because you have had handcuffs on, that is the last thing you want to be reminded and it is not a normal ingrained behavior. Handcuffs are generally only a brief experience (especially behind the back) to become ingrained. On the other hand being in the military that position has been ingrained into you from the time you get there till the time you leave.
