I feel naked leaving the house without a small amount of cash close at hand.

I wonder how the drug addicts and drug dealers will operate? We all know the ‘war on drugs’ is very very profitable for the elites.
Right now they can pretend outrage about drug addiction and want to “help” addicts. Of course the “help” comes in making them addicted to THEIR drugs, i.e. methadone and suboxone. And all the money funneled to treatment centers, sober homes, hospitals and yes jail.
If the cash is gone, and then they ALLOW DRUG TRANSACTIONS to be conducted with CBDCs and then don’t use that info to arrest drug dealers (or shit just shut off the damn CBDC so they can’t access the money) then of course it will be blatantly obvious who is actually running the show.
However, I predict some sob story about how drug addicts and homeless and illegals can keep cash because it’s the ‘right thing to do’.
But then we come down to the very wonderful taxes taken in on pot sales. Banks are still legally unable to take cash from these folks because you know, fake moral outrage while benefitting.
So now they get to take cash too?
