There is definitely the idea of using climate change to justify lockdowns. However, this is really not for climate change but for crowd control. They are well aware of the rising discontent civilly, which historically produces revolution. They are pushing for world war III for two reasons.
First, it will be the excuse to default on all sovereign debt as they are also attracted to the Schwab-Soros solution of a one-world government. If that is the case, then all previous sovereign debt will be null and void. The United States did that with the debt of the Continental Congress when they created the United States. That’s why you can collect the revolutionary currency that was never honored.
Secondly, they fear revolution is in the wind. In order to prevent that from taking place, they need to restrict all travel, censor social media, and lock us down using climate change as the excuse.
You may not know it, but at the Paris climate summit, they REFUSED to allow anyone to testify who disputed their agenda. That was the start of this Cancel Culture. The Guardian published the truth, perhaps ahead of schedule. There are those pushing for lockdowns every two years to meet the Paris requirement of ZERO CO2. Everyone’s future is to change, and they never ONCE allowed anyone to ever vote on this agenda. These people understand that civil unrest is on the rise. They desperately need a diversion. Russia is providing that for now.
Will people support this war against Russia and draft people to go to Ukraine? Will that be the turning point? Are you willing to send your children or yourself to fight for Ukraine over the Donbas, which is the home to Russians, not Ukrainians, for hundreds of years when it does not impact our lives? They know there will be resistance. If it is too great, you will suddenly see the need for climate change lockdowns.

The stealth lockdowns are already being planned and implemented. Thanks to QE 1,2,3,4, etc, our money has lost value and prices are way up. The push for EVs means few will be able to afford transportation, or be able to charge them. When CBDCs are in place, any “ dissidents” (and ultimately everyone) can be locked down with a keystroke, i.e. your money is gone, and so is your means to travel. The globalist overlords will still travel by private jet, dine on filet and caviar, and live in enormous mansions, but only because they “know better than us” how to preserve the planet. Lock and load, and be ready.

One major problem which may be “iffy” is that old men and women will be fighting. No one else is willing to stand up for family and community.
Well over half of those 350 million want to be held down or locked down. Think how many Karens and other NPCs were gladly following the edicts during the scamdemic lockdown, and gladly taking the kill shots. And most of the others, who don’t want to be held down, won’t significantly push back against any climate lockdowns (or any future scamdemic lockdowns). The NWO completely understands the psychology of the masses of sheeple. I hate to tell you this, but their climate lockdowns will be even more successful than the scamdemic lockdown, because they now have real-world test results to fine-tune their algorithms.
Try 95 percent (or more) of dumbed down Americans who never even heard of agenda 2030, the WEF and green agendas (sustainable developement) . Remember folks, most Americans lined up for bio weapon shots never tested, showing most of the planet is lacking critical thinking skills (no common sense letting other people dictate decisions) and are influenced by friends, family and social media instead.
The sheep sat in their cars in line for multiple hours to stick out their arm and get jabbed in a parking lot. No questions asked. Totally bizarre behavior motivated by fear instilled via MSM. I never locked down but many businesses did so I spent more time at home. Mall was closed yet Target and Wal Mart got to run their biz. Gov. corrupt favoring them over others.
