After nearly six decades of racial discrimination against white American males in university admissions, the Supreme Court belatedly struck down the admission of blacks to universities on the basis of race.
The American public, still majority white but declining, supports the Supreme Court’s defense of the 14th Amendment that requires equal treatment. The law schools, universities, media, and Democrats do not.
The Equal Treatment doctrine is based on a merit-based society. If a black person, or anyone, can meet the objective admission requirements for university admissions, the person cannot be denied on the basis of his race. As evidence has shown, Harvard University is a massive discriminator agains Asians in order to make room for objectively less qualified blacks. Asians brought the law suit that the Supreme Court decided in their favor.
The question is: Does the Supreme Court’s decision mean anything? The answer is no.
The Court waited too long. The decades of privileges for blacks easily meet the “squatters’ rights” rule. In these decades racial rights for blacks in university admissions, hiring, and promotion have been institutionalized. The US Supreme Court’s ruling has no way of enforcing itself, because university admissions are no longer based on objective standards.
As Heather Mac Donald has made clear, university admissions now rely on subjective measures. A black applicant’s essay on the experience and consequences of being black in America, if the right words are used, outweighs the objective measures applied to white applicants.
America has undergone an ideological change from merit to equity. The fact is that Woke universities and corporations want more blacks and will get them regardless of the Supreme Court. As the intellectual quality of university faculties continues to collapse as emotion replaces reason and official narratives replace facts, high achieving thoughtful students are regarded as a problem.
In the current issue of the City Journal, John O. McGinnis explains that law schools are abandoning law and the Constitution because they are a hindrance to preferential treatment for blacks. The law school, medical school, military, and university emphasis on substituting “diversity, equity, and inclusion” for a merit-based society of equal opportunity requires the playing field to be unleveled because merit leads to unequal outcomes. The “color blindness” of the original “affirmative action” is out, because it is merit based. Today black admissions are based on subjective factors that favor blacks.
As objective admission standards are abandoned, the evidence of unequal treatment provided by blacks being admitted with lower objective scores vanishes. An essay on “diversity, equity, and inclusion” takes the place of objective measures. US law schools are turning out graduates who regard the Supreme Court’s defense of the Constitution as prohibiting “diversity, equity, and inclusion,” values that have replaced equal treatment under the law.
In other words, the dominant ideology among America’s intellectual class no more supports the founding document of our country than does the New York Times’ “1619 Project.” As the calls for the impeachment of Supreme Court Justices show, the Court is no longer regarded as legitimate by the intellectual class and talking heads on TV.
The cultural Marxists have succeeded in their revolution. Our country has been overthrown.

The only way for this neo-marxist insanity to go away is for the people of this country demand it go away. Period. But since half this country is already brainwashed (and insouciant), I’m not holding my breath. I’m still seriously bewildered at the attitude of many. Just look at all the maskholes still out there. 1/4 of the flyers on my plane to Portland were wearing them. All this crap has to play out first. And if history is any indication, that will most likely be decades.

60 years of getting preferential treatment has done NOTHING to lift the black population. They are more dependent on government today than they were in the 50’s and that is just what many politicians and black “leaders” want.
Africans are not the same species. How similar are the behaviors of a coyote and a sheepdog? Africans and Europeans are farther apart than that.
That broad brush misses lotsa details and wins no minds. Africans seem different, but not unrelated. They may be a variant of the homo sapiens genus, especially sub-Saharans and especially pygmies, but they are clearly not a whole separate species:

This court was allowed to make this ruling precisely because it is too late. There are no federal politics that are not fake and gay.
Worked for 9 years for a major grocery retailer. Started at the bottom in 2008 (even though I had a College STEM degree). Busted my ass. Within two years, I was routinely working 70+ hours per week as a (part time) employee; so they could deny me health insurance. $0.30 per year raises. After 5 years, finally promoted into entry level department management. I received a whopping $0.50 raise. I was making $10/hour when the corporate guidelines said that I should be making $15. Kept my mouth shut and continued busting my ass. For almost four years, I hit perfect metrics, food safety, inventory, customer satisfaction scores every year. Was looking forward to getting promoted.
Was called into the big boss’ office one day. The district manager, regional manager, store manager, store assistant manager, and regional specialist (all old rich white males) were there. They straight up told me that, because of a shift in “corporate focus”; despite my perfect record; I would be ineligible for future promtion within the company for at least the next 5-10 years (because I was a white male). They refused to put it in writing and forced me to erase the recording that I was taking with my phone (boy, were they sweating when they found out I was doing that).
They told me that “that’s the bad news”. “The good news is that you are doing such an amazing job that we want you to train our new managerial candidate ” (to do the job that I was supposed to be promoted to). They even offered me a whopping $0.33/ hour raise if I could get him up to “my level of perfection” within 3-6 months.
They brought in this “superstar managerial candidate”. He was a nigger that literally had no experience in any kind of retail or management. He was covered in tatoos and had multiple piercings. Here this, North American Pavement Ape, is supposed to be in the presence of all of these corporate big-whigs; and he couldn’t be bothered to take out the piercings and try to at least wear a pullover and slacks. He was literally wearing black sweatpants, hanging down to his knees, with red boxers hanging down and showing his ass-crack. Nike air-Jordans and an Under-Armour ballcap accented the outfit.
I was polite to the Nigger to his face and said that I would be more than happy to help him out. As soon as they dismissed him; I flat out told them: “I am not training someone like that to take a job and wage/benefits that I have, rightfully earned, over the past eight years. I told them if they didn’t like it, they could fire me. Apparently, I was too important for their operations; because I never heard another word about.
The Nigger was given a few weeks of training; and, with no credit or background check, was placed into department management. After basically crashing every metric known to man for about 3 months, he “magically” showed up to his department head job with a police monitoring ankle bracelet on. He lied to store management and said that he had an accident/ DUI over the weekend and was in the process of “clearing it up”. Turns out, he WAS nailed for a DWI; and, while being processed, was found using a fake ID. He had repeated outstanding warrants for Federal felony theft ($10K+) across state lines; federal felony electronic fraud (across state lines); and repeated, mollestation/ sodomy of a three year old girl who he was “babysitting” about 6 years prior (who finally came forward).
At this point, I had already put in my two weeks notice (one week prior). The managment team came to my store and literally “begged” me to take over the management spot because they were “in a jam and had nobody else even remotely qualified”. I already had a much nicer paying job in adifferent field lined up. As politely as I possibly could, I basically told them to pound sand and make better hiring decisions in the future. They “couldn’t believe” that I wouldn’t accept the “opportunity of being promoted” (at a lower wage than the off-the-street Nigger was started at). I worked out to my last day and laughed all the way out to the parking lot. Corporate America, is, well and truely screwed.

Tim was the worst worker by 500 country miles in my section of the Florida Bureau of Labor Statistics but he was the only black in our section. The next two levels of supervisors were blacks, so he got the promotion. Linda B. filed a complaint which was answered by the Civil Rights Office that Tim was the most qualified (compete political racist BS). Within a couple months, he drove the stupid bigoted supervisors so nuts he was fired (hello street) for incompetence. Everything turns into a shithole under African Management or with African “workers” and the USA is well on the way.
Maj Linn called and said give me the name of your best black, we’re going to send him to OTS. I told the guy the good news and he said no way, I only want out. I told Maj Linn and he snapped: “Give me the name of your next best black”.
Many times I applied for a teaching job and they said we’d love to hire you but we have to hire a black to satisfy our Quota. I applied for a Lab Tech job at FAMU and they said we are a black college; I said I am a Vet and a Lab Tech; she said that doesn’t count. I applied for a Job Corps job and they said we are only hiring blacks. I applied at Buckeye and got a letter saying I scored real high on the test, but blacks got 50 free points. I applied for a college loan and the black clerk said sorry, there are many blacks that need it that we can’t even satisfy.
