It is common knowledge within the agricultural industry that most plants grow best in an environment where CO2 levels are between 1200 and 1400 ppm. We are currently at roughly 400ppm which is historically very low…plants won’t grow below about 200ppm.
Commercial greenhouses use CO2 generators to increase the concentration of CO2 in order to promote more vigorous growth. The generators work by burning natural gas, and pumping the exhaust into the greenhouse…more or less…can’t make that up…
