Most of Scotlands forests are commercially planted non native spruce, a uniform monoculture as shown in the image above, the trees were going to be harvested anyway. The headline above is just a conservative newspaper and MP trying to score political points against the incumbent Scottish Nationalist Party. It’s maybe a loss that native woodland or more commercial forest was not replanted instead.

Trees in forests don’t permanently suck CO2 out of the air anyway – unless you somehow sequester them (underground). When they die, they rot and release CO2. Or they burn and release it even more quickly.

I was a climatologist for 32 years with the National Weather Service and before that a Meteorologist in the USAF; so I might know a thing or two since I’ve seen (and studied) a thing or two.
Get ready ’cause here’s the truth…global warming, climate change or whatever you want to call it is the greatest wealth transfer scams in history. And sadly all the self appointed “ruling elite” are in on it and using a form of mass formation psychosis to brainwash the masses into fanatical believers.
One of the most profitable arms of the hysteria is “Net Zero” and all the insanity that comes with it. One example, Scotland just felled 14 MILLION CO2 and heat absorbing, oxygen producing to make way for a huge windmill farm. BTW, a windmill would have to spin at peak energy production speed for 52 years to to create the energy that it took to make it and maintain it for that period of time.
Another example are EVs. During the entire life cycle of an EV, a single EV will produce 14 million more tons of “greenhouse gasses” than a normal gasoline vehicle. And by entire life cycle I mean the energy (electricity) used in the mining and transportation of the cancer causing heavy metals used in the batteries (don’t forget the child labor/slavery that is used in the process either), The energy used in the manufacturing of the vehicle ( to include the HVAC usage), the amount of coal burned to make the electricity that charges the batteries for the life of the vehicle, the energy loss from long distance transmission, or the enormous amounts of energy needed to manufacture and maintain wind farms (see above) the energy used to produce the petrolatum products needed to keep the vehicle running, and finally, the energy used to dispose of the vehicles. Oh yeah, the heavy materials contained within the batteries are so difficult and dangerous to recycle, they are just buried in landfills.

One last thing that I can safely say. Weather warfare between the superpowers of the world is real and happening now. Climate change is the perfect cover because if the world’s civilian population knew there would be mass revolt against the “elites”all over the world.

Problem with HARP and other weather modification programs is you control the weather in one area and cause a reaction because of it in another. Causing flood producing rains in Vermont would then create a drought in another area, for example. Not saying floods in VT were caused by weather modification because I don’t know. It’s just an example.

Today on NPR they said that El Nino (imagine that squiggly line over the “n”) was making the weather extra hot this year. Maybe so, but a bigger issue is probably heat released from the Earth’s core due to fluctuations in the magnetic field. That’s a far bigger potential source of heat than human-released greenhouse gases.
