Marines Deployed as US-Iran Tensions Rise

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

World War III continues to heat up as the US Marines have been deployed to the Strait of Hormuz. The military also plans to deploy F-16 and F-35 warplanes and an Amphibious Readiness Group/Marine Expeditionary Unit containing 3,000 troops. France24 says that Iran has attempted, sometimes unsuccessfully, to take control of 20 internationally flagged ships containing oil over the past two years. But the Associated Press reported last month that Iran had seized five ships over the same period.

Coincidentally, this news of the Marine deployment comes days after the ISW announced that Iran plans to build a drone factory in Belarus. Russia has admitted that it was having some difficulties importing weapons from Iran. The US Navy has already been positioned in this area to combat Iranian forces. Around 20% of all crude exports pass through this area of the Gulf, so of course it must be guarded. However, why send in the Marines and fighter jets?

Iran has been building its nuclear capabilities, claiming it is purely peaceful. US-Iran relations deteriorated further in 2015 when Trump withdrew from the 2015 nuclear agreement and slapped Iran with sanctions. Iran produced its Abu Mahdi cruise missile in 2020 that has the capacity to target ships 620 miles away. There has not been a Marine presence in the Persian Gulf since November 2021. They claim this recent deployment is to secure energy prices. Yet, the US, French, and British naval forces have ramped up their presence in recent months. Could they be preparing for a larger event?

So — these US Marines being deployed … are they the new, gay & woke ‘Marines’ … or are they the US Marines that I served with from ’66 – ’68?

If the former, then Iran has nothing to fear …

Besides … why are we going after Iran — other than having been told by our ‘friend and ally’ to do so for the past 3-4 decades?

I wondered the same thing, so I did some digging a while back and the long and short of it is, Iran was overthrown in 1979 by The Usual Suspects and supplanted by a puppet regime run by a “Supreme Leader” (replaced by another) whose bloodline comes from 12th C. Jerusalem. So Iran is playing the role assigned to them, basically, which is to kill more Whites and Muslims, because we are beginning to join up against the Tribe. Panic button time.

You see, the “leader” now, Ali Khamenei — yet another fudge of the spelling — succeeded Ruhollah Khomeini in 1989 after his death. The name Khomeini/Khamenei comes from the root name Komnene/Komnenos.

The Komnenos were Byzantine Greek nobles who ruled the Empire in the 11th and 12th Centuries, originally from Jerusalem, as the Komnenes (pronounced, by the way, as “Kom-nay-nee”). They intermarried with many royal families in Syria, Turkey and other bordering lands. The Komneno/Komnenes ruled until 1461, until the Ottomans took over.

The real revolution did not happen in 1979, however; that was in 1921, when the rulers of Iran, the Qajars, were militarily replaced (with UK and USSR help) with the Pahlavis, who were at least descended from the Persians. The first Pahlavi, Reza Shah, took over from 1925 until the UK/USSR came through again in 1941 and forced Reza out, and his son Reza Pahlavi was installed.

The Iranians, however, resented their true leaders being supplanted, and sentiment was rising to correct this; so, in 1953, US and UK teamed up this time and squashed Pahlavi’s opposition, which strengthened his Western ties (as was the purpose). From then until 1963, when the Shah announced his “White Revolution,” Iran was mostly peaceful, but Pahlavi’s regime was again drawing criticism from true Muslims regarding his friendliness towards the West — specifically Israel.

The January 1963 “White Revolution,” was a six-point program of reform calling for land reform, nationalization of the forests, the sale of state-owned enterprises to private interests, electoral changes to enfranchise women and allow non-Muslims to hold office, profit-sharing in industry, and a literacy campaign in the nation’s schools. On the other hand, he and many religious leaders considered the revolution had trends of westernizing the country and would in their mind threaten the traditional Islamic lifestyle of the common folk, a trend greatly resented by the Muslim majority.

However, Pahlavi’s program was working, and most Iranians were enjoying prosperity — but that was not the intent of those who helped overthrow the country starting in 1921; they wanted everything, not sharing with the peasantry. Pahlavi actually was helping Iran. He went off-script.

So in 1979, Ruhollah Khomeini, who Pahlavi exiled in 1963 for fomenting dissent against the “White Revolution,” was brought back in to replace Pahlavi. Khomeini obviously had the support and approval of the UK and the US foreign policies and their lack of trust in the Shah to support their long-term interests, and so agreed to return to Tehran.

It is important to note the Khomeini/Khameneis do not descend from the preceding royal lineage of Iran/Persia; they come from Khomeyn, a province in modern day Northwestern Iran. The name of the town quite evidently shows its founders’ roots: Komnenes. They are not true Persians.

I hope this helps explain why Iran, and why now?

The give-away was the “…Russia has admitted that it was having some difficulties importing…” line.
They are (trying to) shut down the pipeline of weapons from Iran

U.S. Navy And USMC Announce Large Scale Exercise 2023
navalnews.com/naval-news/2023/07/u-s-navy-and-usmc-announce-large-scale-exercise-2023/

LSE 2023 brings together the combined firepower of the Navy and Marine Corps team across six maritime component commands, seven numbered fleets, and 22 time zones. The exercise is scheduled to run from Aug 9-18.

“The ability to command and control our operations across 22 time zones is how we will fight and win in a global environment against our competitors,” said Caudle. “To do so, we have to globally synchronize precision and timing in order to conduct high-end modern warfare.”

The model for the Pentagram exercise is probably the U.S. A. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Vaxxinated and boosted is how they are prepared.

I don’t think this has anything to do with Iran. That’s just the cover story. I think this is about Sudan having inked a deal with Russia for a Russian port on the Red Sea. And shortly after that there was an attempted coup in Sudan. And yes, Nuland was in Sudan fairly recently, probably trying to stop Sudan from cutting that deal with Russia. The blew her off and – surprise, surprise – some warlord tries to take over control of Sudan. I 100% believe the US instigated the recent trouble in Sudan.

The coup in Niger caught them unawares, so they’re trying to get their new boy – the new president of Nigeria – to reset things to the status quo ante. Nigerians on the street don’t want any part of that shit, though. Uncle Sam doesn’t know what to do. Boo boo. So they’re sending ships into the Red Sea, hoping that’ll scare the Sudanese government from going forward with the Russian port deal.

The US may very well see itself fighting WW3 on 4 very distant fronts. Europe, Middle East, Africa, and China.
The logistics of that alone ensure defeat……
