What is the still standing house construction material? Same as all the other houses that burned or different?

There’s some drone video showing collapsed building with the metal roof intact, the building burned out beneath it.
So the metal roofing won’t necessarily save you.
Tile roofing offers the same fireproof qualities, but the old courthouse burned to a shell (walls still standing) despite it’s tile roofing.
Ask a fireman or a pyromaniac (not mutually exclusive); fire does very strange things.
Lawn looks green, as well as the lawn to the right, and the wooden deck is unscathed and the auto is drivable.
