Article 19 makes it clear that the corollary of the right to free speech is the right to information. In a democracy, no one has a monopoly over what is considered to be true. Rather, truth must be discovered through dialogue and debate – and we cannot discover truth without allowing for the possibility of error.

Censorship in the name of ‘preserving democracy’ inverts what should be a bottom-up system of representation into a top-down system of ideological control. This censorship is ultimately counter-productive: it sows mistrust, encourages radicalisation, and de-legitimises the democratic process.

All through history, attacks on free speech have been a precursor to attacks on all other liberties. Regimes that erode free speech have always inevitably weakened and damaged other core democratic structures. In the same fashion, the elites that push for censorship today are also undermining democracy. What has changed is the broad scale and technological tools through which censorship can be enacted.

We believe that free speech is essential for ensuring our safety from state abuse of power; abuses that have historically posed a far greater threat than the words of lone individuals or even organised groups. For the sake of human welfare we make the following three Calls to Action:

• We call on governments and international organisations to fulfil their responsibilities to The People and uphold Article 19 of the UDHR.
• We call on Tech corporations to protect the digital public square as defined in Article 19 of the UDHR and refrain from politically motivated censorship, censorship of dissenting voices, and censorship of political opinion.
• And finally, we call on the general public to join us in the fight to preserve a person’s democratic rights. Legislative changes are not enough.

We must also build an atmosphere of free speech from the ground up by rejecting the climate of intolerance that encourages self-censorship and which creates personal distress. Instead of fear and dogmatism, we must embrace inquiry and debate.

We stand for your right to ask questions, engage in civilised debate. Censorship robs us of the richness of life itself. Free Speech is the foundation for peaceful and creative coexistence through art, poetry, drama, story, philosophy, song, and many more. Peer review in the sciences, requiring rational discussion and disputation, is crucial before advancement of theories can take place.

The Westminster Declaration was the result of a meeting of free speech champions from around the world who met in Westminster, London, at the end of June 2023.  As signatories of this statement, we have fundamental political and ideological disagreements. However, it is only by coming together that we will defeat the encroaching forces of censorship so that we can maintain our ability to openly debate and challenge one another. It is in the spirit of difference and debate that we sign the Westminster Declaration.

GEOPOLITICS – NEW WORLD ORDER – A DIFFERENT SIGNING

Where were you on March 9, 2022, when President Biden signed the death warrant on American freedom?  On that day, in a hushed ceremony at the White House without the approval of Congress, or the States or the American people, Biden signed into law Executive Order 14067 – Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets.

Buried in this order are a few paragraphs, titled Section 4. The language in Section 4 makes Order 14067 the most treacherous act by a sitting president in the history of the Republic.  That’s because Section 4 sets the stage for legal government surveillance of all US citizens, total control over your bank accounts and purchases, and the ability to silence all dissenting voices for good.  In this new war on freedom, they aren’t coming for your guns, they’re thinking much bigger than that.  They’re coming for your money. China has it already and Europe might have it in another year or so.

The U.S. might be a few years down the road because the dollar is too important.  And it’s already started. These efforts are increasing and taking on a nefarious tone that also involves surveillance and loss of our freedoms under the guise of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs).  The Fed don’t want to race into it, they want to get it right. There are a lot of ways to mess it up. BUT the BIS is the rats-nest driving this initiative – make no mistake read: The Tower of Basel – you will be shocked.  I’m reading it now and I know the head of the snake.

CBDCs are digital money, not cryptocurrencies. The differences between CBDCs and Crypto are important.  Cryptocurrencies are recorded on a blockchain, which is a particular type of ledger that shows every transaction ever made in each currency.  Cryptos also claim to offer anonymity and decentralisation, which are said to be virtues but are actually fatal flaws because the “anonymity” is a greater cover for crime and fraud.

Jim Rickards worked with the US Strategic Command to unravel Crypto ownership when ISIS was using digital tokens to finance its Caliphate in 2015–16. It’s not easy to pierce the veil, but it can be done.  By contrast, CBDCs do not use blockchain; they have a digital ledger accounting system, but it’s not a blockchain. They’re the opposite of decentralised currencies; they are highly centralised under the umbrella of a single issuer most often a central bank.

There is no anonymity in Cryptos. The issuer knows every account holder and every transaction and that’s the whole idea.  CBDCs are promoted with the benefit that transactions are faster, cheaper and more secure when all money is digital and controlled by a government.  If you’re the government and you want CBDCs to succeed, you have to eliminate cash because that’s the competition.  Cash is The Peoples money, anonymous and paying for something with cash can’t be directly tied to anyone – as BOOM says cash is The Peoples Money.

Governments today look like a state ruled by ‘Big Brother’ in ‘George Orwell’s 1984’.   Using CBDCs government can freeze your bank account, seize your assets, and they can include an expiration date.  The digital takeover of the Global Financial System will happen in stages.  When the CBDCs are fully deployed it may well be an anti-climax because private companies will have already eliminated cash and invaded privacy on their own account, independent of central banks.

The CBDC system will be actioned by private banks who are the foot-soldiers not requiring a government mandate. The CBDC effort in Europe inevitably involves the European Central Bank (ECB) because they issue the euro and can command a digital ledger of transactions.

The world of CBDCs is not easily avoided but it can be done.  In the18^th century, Thomas Turner was a general store shopkeeper in a village in Sussex.  His Diary in 1754 explains how local economics and finance worked without local banks and the use of cash which was an embarrassment for him at the time.  This is why my Plan ‘B’ offers a simple and secure living engendering a happy and comfortable lifestyle.

But what is the deeper strategy here?  The Russia-Iran strategic partnership, with China in the wings, is laying an elaborate, ‘Sun Tzu-tinged’ trap for the Hegemon in West Asia.  Apart from Israel, there is no entity on the planet capable of switching the focus away from the West’s spectacular debacle in Ukraine.

The NeoCon warmongers in charge of US foreign policy, who are not exactly Bismarck’s doppelganger stalwarts, believe that if Project Ukraine is unattainable, ‘Project Final Solution’ in Palestine could instead be an ethnic cleansing Final Solution.

A more plausible scenario is that the Iran-Russia, as the new “Axis of Evil”, Russia-China-Iran, has all it takes to drag the Hegemon into a second quagmire. The US/UK/NATO Warmongers are gearing up for a global war as a distraction from what they really want to do. They need to cancel elections and they need a really big excuse to cover up the Western Financial System collapse, that can’t be delayed much longer, just like September 16, 2019.
