I like your premise but would argue a few of the dates you chose. WWII likely started in 1931 with the Mukden Incident. If not that then at least 1937 with the Japanese invasion of Manchuria. The Japanese had troops on the ground in the Aleutian islands during the war and that was an invasion of sorts as was their taking of Guam and other US territories.
I would place the start of WWIII in 2014 with the US organized coup in Ukraine, or in 2001 with the dubiously attributed attacks on 9/11 ( Saudis were the perpetrators not Afghanis ). All just book keeping.
