Yep. I am a recently retired RN. This reminds me of my efforts to warn coworkers about the Covid vaccines. Those nurses had a 4 year college education. They “Followed the Science”. Sheep people need to be told : 1) What to think. 2) What to do. 3) and Where to shyte.
Liberals blame everybody else. Nobody made the Urbanites become Useless Idiot couch potatoes and socialist maggots; they chose the Urban lifestyle. There are about 200 million Americans with no Victory Gardens, orchards or livestock ; no means, no know how, and really no gumption to work to feed themselves in a crisis. Millions have liberal arts degrees, massive debt, exhausted credit cards, and vote democrat; they couldn’t screw themselves much worse if they tried. They have been a mill stone around the necks of American Producers since the Great Society and Civil Riots Act.
Quite the laundry list, and all of it is true. But there will always be a remnant. I lived my entire adult life living on a farm until 4 years ago. Right now I’m stuck in the burbs and looking for a way out.
The point being is that there is always going to be someone around who knows their shit. Whether they’re willing to help or not is another matter entirely, of course. Those who know their shit can afford to pick and choose who they help.

I think it is the large numbers of people now on the planet that has created the system that most are now at the mercy of. Think of just how many people are needed to run the infrastructure of even a small town. Then the food supply to that town, medical supplies and people, electricity, water, sewer, roads, hell even those in the country rely on hundreds of people they never see. Rational thought and logic are difficult for many these days.
We cannot all live as subsistence farmers, hunter gatherers or cavemen. Just imagine a population of 8 billion living like that.
