Regarding AI: Most humans are interested in short cuts and doing the minimum. I see AI being used along those lines. But it’s achilles heel is the fact that it is artificial. Those with Authentic Intelligence will be rewarded.

Has anyone else noticed the expiration dates on foods are suddenly absurdly long?
We just opened up two cans of olives, said best before 2027, and they were both disgusting and smelled funky.
I think they are packaging older foods and putting these long dates on cans so that people will buy and store them, only to discover later “oh, they must have spoiled, we must have stored them wrong” when in fact they were crap when they were canned.
As competence and honesty decline, food safety should no longer be taken for granted.
