COVID 2.0 – Won’t happen in 2024, but could very well happen in 2025, after Trump is back in office.
2020 election overturned Oct. 31, 2024 making Trump ineligible to run for re-election a few days later.

Even if the 2020 election results did get overturned, President Trump will still have served only one term by November, 2024 … so he’d still be eligible to be President for one more term.

Elected is the key word, not served
You forgot to read the rest of the 22d Amendment … which is in the conjunctive, not the disjunctive … and I believe that changes things considerably …
“Section 1: No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”
I disagree as the section you referred to applies to the VP or some other person who fills in after potus leaves office i.e. LBJ or Ford
