For the record across all airlines found that over 1200 torque wrenches were out of calibration. So they over/under tightened the bolts. In the Alaska Airlines they were missing 4 bolts. Yes good QC
Trains aren’t much better. I worked for a company that manufactured locomotives at one time. I don’t think anybody ever checked the calibration on the torque wrenches. The electrical was a nightmare. They had us pulling like 24 14AWG into a 3/4 inch pipe. Shredded insulation. Anybody who knows code knows that is a recipe for a fire. “Well the computer said it was only 35% fill.” Well, your computer is a piece of shit.
