If Russia wants to dismantle NATO, why would they commit forces and overextend themselves into Europe? Not their MO today or twenty years from now. They’d be more likely to not interfere with an enemy who is in the process of destroying himself.

As for conquering other countries I’m pretty sure Russia isn’t overly interested in this at all. They remember Afghanistan well.
