As I predicted on April 11, the police state got the Republicans to reconsider and to pass their warrantless spying and home entry. The Republican Speaker of the House Mike Johnson cast the deciding vote that nixed the warrant requirement.
This tells us all we need to know about Republicans. They are part of the problem.
Super-Patriots will say “we have to do this to protect ourselves from terrorists.” They don’t understand that without the Constitution we have no protection.
Edward Snowden reports that the situation is even more serious than I thought. A section of the FISA Act is being enlarged to require every company and person that provides any internet-related service to assist NSA surveillance.

Mike Johnson was the best the conservatives and RINO’s could agree on. Time for the conservatives to found another party. Let the RINO’s go to the Democrats where they belong.
Aside from further destroying the 4th amendment, the law will also stifle free speech, when businesses/ organizations realize that they now have to work hand in hand with the feds and not tell their customers/ users etc. That means curtailing speech or just pulling the plug because that is easier.

Best to exit 501c3 churches and home church or get w/ a small group in private facilities. Like Hitler and Stalin era, churches here are compromised. There will be informants in churches soon. They already have been through excess taxation, loss of jobs compatible with the individual, to include bargaining power (rather than mass corporate ‘sameness’) – the same doldrum of politically correct rules at most workplaces, and the stratification of not only job skills, but access to studying and accreditation in particular fields.

Will they be planting monitoring and recording devices as well with the said legislation, or as an extension of it, i.e., via police departments, fusion centers, and other institutions and organizations? It seems as though the American people are asking, as a whole for the ‘black boot’. All they had to do was manage their own social, economic and political systems (they could have done all of this during relative peacetime, but chose not to). It’s very weird.
Both parties are now COMMUNIST USA and don’t you forget it. This was done for a reason and we shall soon find out.

If you’re referring to ‘fight’ offensively, that would be largely counterintuitive for a people who have been instilled with default submission to authorities (as a matter of being taught that is the proper way of operating throughout society, i.e., don’t ask questions of a boss, politician, or educational instructor that are antithetical to established trends, policies and agendas, or deal with the ramifications of doing so. If however, you’re referring to kinetic fighting in a defensive context, that is perhaps less likely than the former (which is why so much repetition with increased intensity of the aforementioned was necessary over the decades), with exceptions of some seasoned fighters, warrior-minded individuals, or those persons who may consider it strategically advantageous for some reason or the other to do so. Other than that, the best option seems to be secession which may give people a reason to ‘fight’.
