I do not think Garland was the DA. He may have been an assistant US Attorney which is a whole different thing. One of my best friends was a cop in OKC at the time. I’ll ask him if Garland was the DA or AUSA. I don’t think a new, young Jewish lawyer from Chicago’s North Shore would be the elected DA in OKC thirty years ago.
I watched the Waco raid in real time. OKC was supposedly the revenge for that. I saw three jackbooters go through a window on the roof. The number three dumped a mag from his MP5 as soon as the first two guys were through. Those two guys had been called from Arkansas for the raid. They were in Arkansas investigating the Clintons. David Koresh was given credit for those two and it sure looked fishy. I doubt if the tapes of that are still around anywhere we could find them. I wish I had recorded it because I never saw a complete replay of what I saw that day.

Another thing about this meme that does not jive. The US Federal Courts for Arkansas and for Oklahoma are in different districts and that would mean the Clinton records would not have been in OKC. I must call this info into question and this meme is very likely a steaming pile. Boob bait as they say.
Garland was in the DOJ in ’94 and was the supervisor for the federal investigation and prosecution of the OKC bombing. He was not the District Attorney or the US Attorney for that district.
