Most of my 30 Blocks of Squalor articles were accidentally deleted in 2019. Avalon stumbled upon this classic from 2017. She read it to me out loud and I laughed at a number of pithy observations. West Philly did bring out my creative side. If anything, Philly is worse seven years later. Enjoy this throwback to the good old days of TBP

Over the last few weeks there have been a couple mornings where the Schuylkill Expressway was jammed and I had to take my alternative route through the 30 Blocks of Squalor. I hadn’t had this inspiring dystopian experience all summer. There is nothing like West Philly when the punks, punkettes, and future prison convicts finish a summer of not working, not reading, and not picking up the trash in their neighborhoods, go back to West Philly High and not learn again. The observations will be rehashed in a stream of consciousness format, as West Philly is a smorgasbord of squalor, sordidness, filth, apathy, crime and epic government incompetence.

You’re an “Anti”!

When a Leftist or a Rightist wants you to shut up he tries to make you ashamed. He will accuse you of being “anti” whatever it isn’t.

“Anti” meaning opposed to, of course.

Except not really.

The political meaning of this prefix encompasses other meanings. If, for example, you are opposed to a policy (any policy) or action (any action) of the government of Israel, then you are “anti-Semitic” in the eyes of the Right, which has become what you might call philo-Semitic – that is to say, an unconditional lover of the policies and actions of the Israeli government and its willing accomplices embedded in the government of the United States.

Dog Gone: Kristi Noem Cuts Short Book Tour Citing ‘Bad Weather’

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem has cut short a disastrous book tour after receiving withering criticism for her story of shooting an ill-behaved puppy and unverified claims of meeting North Korean dictator Kim Jung Un, RealClearPolitics is first to report. The book, released Tuesday, is titled “No Going Back.”

Noem sat for a series of in-person interviews in New York and was scheduled to travel later in the week to Washington, D.C., before canceling the tour, citing inclement weather.

“Gov. Noem has sold a lot of books on this tour and is back in South Dakota to be prepared for some potential emerging bad weather systems,” spokesman Ian Fury told RCP. Tornadoes touched down in the state Monday, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Noem sat for interviews Monday and Tuesday in New York before returning home.

Cuomo, now a regular host on NewsNation, first mentioned the vaccine injury on May 3 during his interview with 54-year-old nurse practitioner Shaun Barcavage, who experienced severe adverse reactions after his hospital pressured him to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

Near the end of the interview, Cuomo said, “I’m sick myself, but I’m working with people who are working on this. … I’ll hook you up with my clinicians.”

AstraZeneca just pulled their Covid jab….why?
