THIS MASQUERADE

Guest Post by Hardscrabble Farmer

For those of you who keep up with the stories about our life on the farm you are probably aware of my stance on the events surrounding the coronavirus and the reaction to its spread. My personal belief is that any pathogen- regardless of its classification- are naturally occurring organisms necessary to life as we know it. They play a role in a closed system and as such the idea that they can be eradicated is a knee jerk response predicated on a misconception. For the vast majority of living organisms affected by virus, they serve to strengthen the immune system, something that has been left out of the discussion for some reason or another.

Female Problems

Guest Post by Jim Kunstler

History-the-trickster has paradoxically anointed the Great Disrupter, Mr. Trump, as the agent of order while the Democrats seek to bring chaos into every quarter of American life, a party of shrieking “Karens” and men acting like women. Such as: Tom Friedman of The New York Times mewling like a little girl to Anderson Cooper on CNN Thursday night that he was “living in terror,” that “everybody should be terrified,” because Mr. Trump “refuses to commit to accepting the election results.”

Virtually Insane: 12-Year-Old Louisiana Boy Suspended After BB Gun Spotted In His Room By Teacher

Guest Post by Jonathan Turley

We recently discussed the absurd case of a school sending police to the home of a 12-year-old boy in Colorado because he showed a toy gun inside his own home.  Despite teaching such children virtually, the school treated the toy gun as a violation of “in school” policies. Now  Ka Mauri Harrison, 9, who attends Woodmere Elementary in Harvey, has been suspended because a teacher spotted a BB gun in his room.  As with the Colorado case, Louisiana school officials defended this new case of virtual insanity.

The 2020 Election – Buckle Up for the Most Corrupt & Violent Election in History

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Already, the FBI has recovered ballots for Trump that were discarded in Pennsylvania. They can even attribute some to specific people voting. The Republicans are already appealing Pennsylvania which is demonstrating how the Democrats are planning to try to win the election by fraud. Besides already being caught throwing away mail-in ballots for Trump, Pennsylvania has gone as far as to allow mail-in ballots beyond election day. If they need to change the results, they simply will stuff the ballots.

All the Chips Are on the Table Now

Guest Post by Pat Buchanan

All the Chips Are on the Table Now

On the court issue, Democrats are exhibiting something akin to panic. They are warning that if a conservative jurist like Barrett is confirmed, Democrats may retaliate by “packing” the Supreme Court — increasing the number of justices from nine to 11 and installing two new liberals — if they win the presidency and Senate.

“As everyone knows, I made it clear that my first choice for the Supreme Court will make history as the first African American woman justice.”

So Joe Biden promised. Since the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, however, Biden has refused to produce a list of Black female judges and scholars whom he would consider for the now-vacant seat.

What is his problem?

Donald Trump had no such reluctance. In 2016, he listed a slew of candidates from among whom he promised to pick his justices. True to his word, Trump elevated federal appellate court judges Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

For Trump, Time is Up on ‘Hire American’

Guest Post by Joe Guzzardi

American

Three years ago, President Trump issued his “Buy American, Hire American” Executive Order. But as the November election draws closer, many critics insist that President Trump has come up short on his promise to “hire American.” The president’s myriad critics cynically joke that COVID-19 has been more effective at slowing the foreign-born worker influx, especially in the tech sector, than the hapless White House.

THIS DAY IN HISTORY – Bill of Rights passes Congress – 1789

Via History.com

The first Congress of the United States approves 12 amendments to the U.S. Constitution, and sends them to the states for ratification. The amendments, known as the Bill of Rights, were designed to protect the basic rights of U.S. citizens, guaranteeing the freedom of speech, press, assembly, and exercise of religion; the right to fair legal procedure and to bear arms; and that powers not delegated to the federal government were reserved for the states and the people.

Innocent Until Proven Trump Supporter

Innocent Until Proven Trump Supporter

During a BLM “peaceful protest” in Omaha, Nebraska, on May 30 (over George Floyd’s dying of a heart attack while in police custody in Minneapolis), James Scurlock was peacefully protesting by breaking into an architecture firm — hoisting an office chair and hurling it into two computer monitors, then ripping a phone from a desk and throwing it against the wall, as his friend shattered another monitor — all of which was captured on video.

Nearby, Jake Gardner, an Iraq War veteran and Trump supporter, was keeping watch over the two bars he owned, The Hive and The Gatsby, aided by his 68-year-old father and a security guard. The peaceful protesters soon made their way to Jake’s bar, where they hurled a street sign through The Hive’s plate-glass window. He and his father rushed outside to prevent the peaceful protesters from storming his bar.

State With No Electricity Orders Everyone To Drive Cars That Run On Electricity

Via The Babylon Bee

SACRAMENTO, CA—Gavin Newsom, governor of the state with the highest people-to-electricity ratio in the nation, banned gasoline cars yesterday via executive order. The order takes effect in 2035, meaning by that time, everyone in the state with no electricity will only be able to plug in their cars to the power grid that does not work.
