Our Lives Don’t Matter

Guest Post by Eric Peters

George Floyd didn’t get a knee because his killer was a racist. He got it because his killer is an armed government worker.

An authoritarian.

The distinction is important.

Daniel Shaver wasn’t black – and the AGW (Philip Brailsford) who got away with killing this unarmed white man who was crawling on the floor begging for his life wasn’t motivated by racism, either.

Murderous AGW is Convicted!

Guest Post by Eric Peters

This photo provided by the Mesquite Police Department shows Amber Guyger, taken Friday, Nov. 30, 2018. Former Dallas police officer Guyger was indicted on murder charges Friday, nearly three months after she fatally shot an unarmed black neighbor whose apartment she said she entered by mistake, believing it to be her own. (Mesquite Police)

Breaking – and good – news!

The armed government worker who shot a man to death for the “crime” of being in his own apartment and not reacting with sufficient submissiveness when she broke into his apartment has been found guilty of a criminal act.

Of murder, even!

The Texas jury did not buy the ridiculous sob story presented by Amber Guyger that she was justified in ventilating Botham Jean – her next door neighbor – because Jean did not respond “appropriately” to her barked orders.

Guyger claimed she was so tired the night she executed Botham that she didn’t realize she was entering his apartment and not hers. Jean was startled by the sudden presence of an intruder in his apartment – and within seconds, was also dead.

AGWs Perform “Drive-By Tazing”

Guest Post by Eric Peters

A pair of Texas armed government workers were caught on camera – their own body cameras – committing multiple crimes, including the “drive-by” Tazering of a man they later arrested and charged with attempting to flee, which he hadn’t as a matter of law because he hadn’t been given the chance to not-flee. He wasn’t told to stop or that he was under arrest.

AGWs “Make Sure” 55 Times

Guest Post by Eric Peters

AGWs in Vallejo California have just been absolved of shooting a man apparently passed out in his car 55 times.

News story is here.

The investigation into the killing of Willie McCoy found that the lead fill-up by six AGWs was “reasonable.” Watch the video and decide for yourselves.

McCoy, 20, had gone to the Taco Bell drive-thru. After getting his food, he lost consciousness for reasons not yet determined. He may have been drunk or high – but he wasn’t violent. It appeared he had the munchies.

Taco Bell employees called for a “wellness check” when they noted McCoy passed out in his car, which was still in the drive-thru lane.

“It’s National Security Stuff” Says AGW

Guest Post by Eric Peters

One of the neat things about being a “law enforcer” is having the power (because you’ve got the gun) to make up laws – and then enforce them.

Here we have a guy walking around in a public area, taking video of things which can be viewed from the public area. There is no law prohibiting either nor requiring permission prior to doing either thing.

Avoiding Sharks

Guest Post by Eric Peters

We are told – lectured – about the dangers of being an armed government worker (AGW). This is like the shark complaining about the danger posed by the scuba diver.

About 1,000 people are killed each year in this country by AGWs.

Almost 400 so far this year already.

Some of these departed under less-than-savory circumstances.

Contrast this body count with the 35 AGWs who’ve died – some from natural causes such as heart attack – in the “line of duty” (it’s just a job, actually; duty being some action one is morally obligated to perform, such as caring for ones children. Mulcting motorists for not wearing a seatbelt is a job – in the manner of a meter maid, except empowered with lethal enforcement powers)  so far this year.
