Two days ago he beat to death a 90 year old woman.
Tristan said he lost his temper when he went into the woman’s room to ask her a question and she yelled at him.
Authorities said the boy held the woman down with a cane and then punched her in the throat and stomach.
The boy told a state trooper that he was ‘only trying to hurt her.’
Prosecutors had said that they had no choice but to charge him as an adult. In Pennsylvania, homicide charges must be filed in adult court.
I’m almost tempted to say, “FRY HIS ASS IN THE CHAIR!“. But, I will settle for life in prison, without the possibility of parole.
Don’t be fooled by the baby face. He has a monster’s heart. Soul-less. Some people are just born bad. He is one of them. 10 year old brutal murderers can’t be “fixed”. Lock him up …. throw away the key. And, yes, if this happened to my son, I would say the same thing.
