I’ve known what my 51st birthday present would be for a few months – tickets to the 104.5 7th birthday concert at the Susquehanna Bank Center on Sunday. And since it’s also Mother’s Day and Avalon’s favorite band – Third Eye Blind – is the headliner, the tickets will double as her gift too. The lineup is stellar and the weather for this outdoor venue will be perfect. The main acts are:
- Third Eye Blind
- Cage the Elephant
- Foster the People
- Bastille
- Kongos
There are also three other lesser known bands. The only downside is the venue is in Camden, and I need to get off on Martin Luther King Blvd. That is never good. Enjoy a little of what I’ll be enjoying tomorrow.
