Smith & Merrick Garland of DOJ Have NO Constitutional Authority to Prosecute Trump – PERIOD!!!!

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

I grew up with debates and discussions all the time about the Constituion. It was the Age of McCarthy who was ignoring everything just to win as they are doing today. As I have said, Article I, Section 6, Clause 1 prohibits the arrest of a Congressman or Senator to interfere in their vote. The president cannot be the exception. Article II, Section 4 makes it very clear that ONLY Congress can charge the President, and he can ONLY be put on trial in the Senate:

UNPARALLELED TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE & MALICIOUS PROSECUTION PROVOKES UNPRECEDENTED POPULIST BLOWBACK

Via State of the Nation

Editor’s Note: Okay, folks, this is where the rubber meets the pavement, both figuratively and literally.

The article below lays out the plan of truckers to basically lay siege to the largest metropolitan area in the USA—New York City.

But why?

Because of Judge Arthur Engoron, perhaps the most brazenly corrupt and politically malicious justice ever to sit on the bench—ANYWHERE IN THE USA!

But what exactly did Engoron do?

The utterly unscrupulous judge “Ordered Trump to Pay More
Than $350 MILLION and Suffer a 3-Year Business Ban in NYC”

Two Democrat Gangsters Try to Steal Trump’s Real Estate

Guest Post by Paul Craig Roberts

Two New York Democrats, one being NY attorney general Letitia James, a black female helped into office by money from George Soros, who made his billions by manipulating the British pound to the disadvantage of the British population, and the other being NY state judge Arthur Engoron, a Donald Trump hater who was put in office by Trump-hating NY Democrats, have conspired to steal Trump’s real estate empire including Mar-a-Lago.

In reporting the theft, the Associated Press’s Anthony Izaguirre on September 27 wrote in worshipful tones that:

This Political Prosecution Scheme Is Going To Backfire Hard

Guest Post by Kurt Schlichter

Yuck it up, you morons who think it’s cool to try to frame political opponents because your mug shots are coming soon enough. And maybe not just mugshots. You’ve genuinely screwed yourselves. You can’t control what you have unleashed. And you’re celebrating. You shouldn’t.

I know, I know, you can’t imagine that your decision to take out your political opponents by throwing them in jail will bite you in the Asa. But it will. Hard. And you ought to hope it’s only mug shots. I hope it’s only mug shots, not for your sake, but for my country’s sake. You’ve screwed up my country, and it’s not clear that the wounds you caused are not mortal. This is now a country where we lock up political opponents. I just want to get that out there again, and I want you to understand what has changed. This is now a country where we lock up political opponents. And it’s inevitable that very soon, you’re going to realize that you are some people’s political opponents too.

“The most insane indictment in the history of America”: Robert Barnes on the Democratic criminalization of (yes) the First Amendment

Guest Post by Mark Crispin Miller

Contrary to the mad consensus of “our free press” & BOTH parties, along with EVERYBODY on the so-called “left,” the effort to jail Trump forever is far more fascistic than he is, would be, or ever was

A long exchange, but every minute is essential listening, as Robert Barnes—who might, God willing, be our next Attorney General—talks about the four indictments, the (mind-boggling) Biden scandals and much more on The Duran Podcast:
