No Party for Americans

The most disgusting aspect of the SCG News expose’ highlighting the corrupt actions of elected officials, appointed bureaucrats and supported by their  well-trained and armed police state apparatus actively engaging in the transfer of American soil to foreign national interests is not that it’s happening, but that 535 so-called representatives of We the People are either in on the racket or complacently pretend not to notice.

Until I see members of either political party take a stand against the violation of state and private property rights via massive Federal intrusion under the guise of environmental concerns and economic development, I have assume that neither party has any interest in the continued sovereignty of these United States, much less hold any respect for the various amendments to the US Constitution guaranteeing freedom from violence and aggression by a would-be tyrannical government run-amok.

Bundy Ranch – What You’re Not Being Told

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=HFiosLqjoQQ

In this we’re going to present you with evidence of blatant corruption and criminal activities that anyone, including law enforcement, can easily verify.

But before we go into the details, it’s important to acknowledge here, that the political left and the political right are watching this crisis through very different eyes. You on the left saw this old rancher defying the Federal government over cattle grazing fees, with right wing pundits pleading his case, and armed militia moving in to intervene… it probably gave you the impression of Tea Party temper tantrum… with guns. Given some of the personalities who were involved in the media circus surrounding this, that impression is perfectly understandable, but underneath the appearances there is something here that all Americans need to see, whether they consider themselves conservative, liberal or none of the above.

All I ask is that you suspend your preconceived notions of what this crisis was about, for five minutes.

First let’s eliminate some of the disinformation, speculation and conspiracy theories.

Here’s a story that a lot of people were spreading around without fact checking. It got 47,000 shares on Facebook alone. The author claims that the siege of the Bundy ranch was about was really about fracking leases. That’s a provocative narrative, one that I actually found very interesting. But just because something is plausible doesn’t mean it’s true. For evidence, the article links out to this page on the shalereporter.com, which does indeed talk about Bureau of Land Management (aka BLM) leasing out land in Nevada for Fracking. Trouble is, the author and 47,000 other people overlooked the blatantly obvious fact that the land in question is in north eastern Nevada. Clark county isn’t in North Eastern Nevada. That’s not a minor detail. Please, pretty please with a cherry on top, fact check before you spread information people. Always fact check.

Then there was this other line that kept getting spread around (and this is a direct quote):
“There are developers working for military contractors that want that land and water for mining weapons grade minerals for industry… they want to sell the land by the highway for real estate development because it’s close to I-15”. This claim wasn’t backed up by even so much as a link. It was pure hearsay. Furthermore it doesn’t even make sense. Military contractors (like Blackwater) want land for mining? And weapons grade minerals? To be perfectly honest I get the impression that this story was fabricated by some stoned college kid who thought it would be hilarious to send it to an alternative media outlet as a prank. You got to admit as prank that’s pretty epic, especially since it worked. A media figure with a fairly decent sized audience, and I’m not going to name names, blasted it out to the public as is without asking for evidence or even critically examining the claim. A lot of people took that report and started spreading it around, and pretty soon there were people just repeating the narrative not even knowing where it came from. That’s bad. Providing an echo chamber unfounded rumors and wild speculation is not journalism. The alternative media really needs to tighten their standards of evidence.

Alright, moving along, here we have this story that the showdown in Nevada was really about an underhanded business deal involving Senator Harry Reid, his son, the BLM and a 5 billion dollar solar energy plant. You probably saw a few people sharing links making these claims. Let’s fact check.

Claim number one: Senator Harry Reid’s son, Rory Reid (try saying that name ten times as fast as you can), is the primary representative for ENN energy group, a Chinese energy company involved in a $5 billion solar project planned for Clark County Nevada, on the on land where the Bundy ranch is located. First source: Reuters: Aug 31, 2012. Well this is interesting. It turns out that the conflicts of interest in this project were well documented, but Harry pushed it through anyway. He pushed it through in spite of the controversy that was stirred up when the land was sold to ENN for $4.5 million dollars even though separate appraisals valued the land at between $29.6 million and $38.6 million.

Claim number two: Reid put one of his former employees in charge of the Bureau of land management and thereby used his leverage in the agency to clear the Bundy’s off the land. What do they claim as their source: CBS Las Vegas. Hmmm… That’s interesting. Neil Kornze, the current BLM Chief is a former adviser for Harry Reid, and Harry Reid is the Senate Majority leader, and therefore was directly involved in his confirmation. That’s another serious conflict of interest there considering that the BLM is claiming jurisdiction over the land where Rory Reid’s company wants to build.

But do we have any evidence that Reid actually exercised that influence in the agency to get what he wanted? Well that brings us to claim number three: Supposedly the BLM had posted on their website that they needed to get the Bundy family off of the land to make room for the energy project, but the BLM has since removed the page. The website that made this claim posted a screen shot split into two files and a link to a text version of the page that someone had copied. This is pretty weak. Though it does seem to match the overall narrative here, this would never be admissible in court. But let’s dig a little deeper shall we. What if there is a version of the site cached somewhere on the web? Let’s try the way back machine on archive.org. Nope, no dice, the page was never cached on way back machine. Let’s try google’s cache… BINGO! Here it is folks. This is google’s record of what used to be on the site.

To download the full screenshot, right click on the image below and select “Save Image As”.
Bundy Ranch - Page That they took down from the BLM website - Solar Project

“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle”

They specifically referred to the solar project as a justification to seize Cliven Bundy’s cattle.

Funny thing, we found the mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy zone, and guess who wrote it? That would be the BLM. Pretty convenient, for Harry Reid isn’t it?

Now I took a screen shot of the Google cache right away. As I’m compiling this information I go back and I look at it again an hour later and what do you know, somebody came and took the cached version down. Somebody is trying to cover this thing up and fast. But you know what, they missed one. I found this cached version of the page on archive.is. If you follow the link in the description to our website SCG News.com you’ll find a direct link to this page. I highly recommend that each and every one of you go and verify its contents for yourself before someone has it taken down.

Click here to view the cached version of the page that the BLM was desperately trying to hide.

Or click here to get to that link from another path.

But even if they take this last link down they left trail. Google’s server logs will still have a record of the exact date their cached snap shot was taken, chances are they still have that snap shot, and you know what? Even if someone tried to erase it completely, with modern technology It is very easy for forensic technicians to recover data like this even if it seems to be deleted from the system. The digital trace is still there. The BLM’s servers and every computer involved also have a trail, and trying to remove that trail would leave an even bigger trail.

All we need is somebody in law enforcement with a spine, but that’s another story isn’t it.

This isn’t about turtles folks. It’s not even about cattle. This is about money and power.

Turns out our little friend Harry Reid has a nice little empire rigged for himself in Nevada. Let’s take a look at this article from the LA Times. This is from 2003. Apparently it’s no secret that Harry’s way of profiting off his position is by using his influence to push through deals that help his family members. He’s got family representing virtually every major industry and they are doing quite well thank you very much. Thing is, this is technically not illegal. In fact it has become the standard way to bribe politicians in the United States. You can’t line their pockets directly, but you can line their son’s pockets, and their cousin’s pockets and their uncle’s pockets all you want.

However using a federal agency to seize cattle, and physically intimidate and brutalize a family to facilitate that dirty deal. That’s all kinds of illegal. Then they to attempt to cover up the evidence… and that’s also a crime.

Again, all we need is a law enforcement officer with a spine.

I’ll be perfectly honest. When I saw some of the media personalities that were capitalizing on this this drama, I was very skeptical, but once I saw what was really going on I understood right away why people’s blood is boiling.

Take another look at what happened on that ranch, the military style crack down, the violence. Imagine Clive Bundy was your father or grandfather. Imagine if his wife was your mother or grandmother. Imagine it was your family who’s livelihood was being destroyed by some filthy rich politician who just can’t get enough.

What happened in Clark County Nevada struck a nerve with the American people, but the response we saw had very little to do with this particular crisis. There is something much deeper brewing under the surface in the United States. This showdown was just a catalyst.

It wasn’t the greatest atrocity of the decade or even of the year. I wish people had felt this moved by the NSA’s domestic spying program, or the secret kill list, or the drone program, or the Libyan war, or the Iraq war or the Afghan war. I wish people had been activated by something bigger than the plight of a cattle rancher. But you know what? We don’t get to pick the breaking point.

Rosa Parks sparked a civil rights movement with her refusal to sit in the back of the bus. Clive Bundy almost started the 2nd American revolution by refusing to let the feds run him over.

What we saw in Nevada clearly demonstrated just how easily that breaking point can be reached.

Now even knowing the real story, hearing about militia mobilizing all over the country to come physically defend the Bundy family is probably still very disconcerting for many progressives, this was a very dangerous situation. A lot of people could have ended up dead. But consider this: remember back in 2011 when riot police swooped in to brutally crush the occupy movement? Remember how you felt? No one stood up for them. No one fought back. And what was the result? The thugs won.The media quickly switched to a new distraction, and the public forgot.

Imagine if it had been different. Imagine if people swarmed in from all over the country; not to wave signs in the air, but to stand up for your rights; even if they disagreed with you politically. That didn’t happen, but it should have.

It’s been said that the enemy of your enemy is your friend. Trouble is, the people of the United States have been a bit confused about who the enemy really is. You’ve been allowing a thuggish, out of control, corporate owned government to persecute your ideological rivals, not realizing that the same boot will someday be grinding your face into the dirt. And all the while your common enemy, your real enemy gets stronger, and more aggressive, more lawless, and more blatantly corrupt as we dance the left right left right two step to tyranny. They’ve been playing you like a fiddle.

But the sleeping giant is starting to wake up.

And they are scared to death of you.

Now as for Harry Reid. He may just be one rotten apple in a barrel full of rotten apples, but he needs to be brought to justice.

To all of you out there who call yourself law enforcement, the American people are putting down a line the sand. If you don’t stand up for justice, if you do not hold these scum bags accountable for their crimes, if you do not at least raise your voice and take a public stand then you are an accomplice. You are discrediting the entire framework of law and order, and you are giving the people a clear mandate to remove you from your office.

If you agree, then send this video to every person that you know especially to police, military, and veterans. Send it to your congressman, send it to your local news station, to your local news paper, to your local radio station. We the People own only the property government allows us to posses. You can deny this fact, but you can ‘t dispute it.

Why Clive Bundy isn’t WRONG.

Via:bundy saga Kena Lyle Gloeckner

There have been a lot of people criticizing Clive Bundy because he did not pay his grazing fees for 20 years. The public is also probably wondering why so many other cowboys are supporting Mr. Bundy even though they paid their fees and Clive did not. What you people probably do not realize is that on every rancher’s grazing permit it says the following: “You are authorized to make grazing use of the lands, under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management and covered by this grazing permit, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this grazing permit and payment of grazing fees when due.” The “mandatory” terms and conditions go on to list the allotment, the number and kind of livestock to be grazed, when the permit begins and ends, the number of active or suspended AUMs (animal units per month), etc. The terms and conditions also list specific requirements such as where salt or mineral supplements can be located, maximum allowable use of forage levels (40% of annual growth), etc., and include a lot more stringent policies that must be adhered to. Every rancher must sign this “contract” agreeing to abide by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before he or she can make payment. In the early 90s, the BLM went on a frenzy and drastically cut almost every rancher’s permit because of this desert tortoise issue, even though all of us ranchers knew that cow and desert tortoise had co-existed for a hundred+ years. As an example, a family friend had his permit cut by 90%. For those of you who are non ranchers, that would be equated to getting your paycheck cut 90%. In 1976 there were approximately 52 ranching permittees in this area of Nevada. Presently, there are 3. Most of these people lost their livelihoods because of the actions of the BLM. Clive Bundy was one of these people who received extremely unfair and unreasonable TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Keep in mind that Mr. Bundy was required to sign this contract before he was allowed to pay. Had Clive signed on the dotted line, he would have, in essence, signed his very livelihood away. And so Mr. Bundy took a stand, not only for himself, but for all of us. He refused to be destroyed by a tyrannical federal entity and to have his American liberties and freedoms taken away. Also keep in mind that all ranchers financially paid dearly for the forage rights those permits allow – – not rights to the land, but rights to use the forage that grows on that land. Many of these AUMS are water based, meaning that the rancher also has a vested right (state owned, not federal) to the waters that adjoin the lands and allow the livestock to drink. These water rights were also purchased at a great price. If a rancher cannot show beneficial use of the water (he must have the appropriate number of livestock that drinks and uses that water), then he loses that water right. Usually water rights and forage rights go hand in hand. Contrary to what the BLM is telling you, they NEVER compensate a rancher for the AUMs they take away. Most times, they tell ranchers that their AUMS are “suspended,” but not removed. Unfortunately, my family has thousands of “suspended” AUMs that will probably never be returned. And so, even though these ranchers throughout the course of a hundred years invested thousands(and perhaps millions) of dollars and sacrificed along the way to obtain these rights through purchase from others, at a whim the government can take everything away with the stroke of a pen. This is the very thing that Clive Bundy single-handedly took a stand against. Thank you, Clive, from a rancher who considers you a hero.

Good piece and important info on fact-checking.

Most people who are awake must have been “moved” by these issues, but they were not easily actionable. The Bundy situation was actionable because there was an opportunity to challenge the BLM out in the open range (unlike, for example, trying to storm the NSA building at Ft.Meade, Maryland).

Faux news reported this story on the Kelly File and gave it a pro-Bundy spin, but last night on O’Reilly Factor’s “legal” portion, they said Bundy didn’t stand a chance in the courts of prevailing, where he’s lost several times already. O’Reilly seemed to take the BLM’s side.

@flash: Great piece, you are about to scoop me.

People keep talking about the “court orders” that Bundy is, allegedly defying. Turns out that those decisions against him are from the 9th Circuit Court out of, drum roll please, SAN FRANCISCO.

The 9th Circuit Court is renowned for its liberal/progressive bent and is the most overturned Circuit court of the history of overturned courts.

So Bundy feels, probably quite rightly, that he can’t get a fair hearing in this matter and hence his protest.

Remember, the single most lasting and most damaging impact Bill Ciinton had, and Obama will have, is their ability to appoint JUDGES.

Report: FBI Visiting Gun Shops to Investigate “People Talking About Big Government”

“If you see some Middle Eastern guy come in, you don’t have to be so worried about that”

Paul Joseph Watson April 16, 2014

FBI counterterrorism agents are visiting gun shops in South Carolina to investigate “suspicious purchases” made by people who talk about “big government,” according to a new report.

Author Brandon Turbeville says he was approached by an individual who works in a Columbia, South Carolina gun shop to relate the story of how an FBI agent entered the store on Monday, showed his credentials, before proceeding to ask a series of stunning questions.

Telling the gun store worker he was tasked with visiting all the firearms outlets in the local area to check on “suspicious purchases” for counterterrorism purposes, the agent then began discussing what in actual fact were “completely normal transactions,” such as, “paying with cash, purchasing long guns, and other similarly innocuous behavior.”

The FBI agent then reportedly made a shocking remark that almost seems too chilling to believe.

“If you see some Middle Eastern guy come in, you don’t have to be so worried about that. What we’re really looking for are people talking about being sovereign such as sovereign citizens or people talking about big government,” the agent reportedly stated.

Before the agent left the store, he handed the employee a flyer which lists paying with cash, buying in bulk, along with other seemingly innocuous behavior as suspicious activity.

While there’s little chance of verifying the story since the FBI would almost certainly deny the claim, the notion of FBI agents charactering innocuous activity as a potential indication of terrorism is firmly established in the federal agency’s own literature and training procedures.

The FBI has also repeatedly labeled those who identify as “sovereign citizens” to be domestic terrorists.

In 2012, we reported on how the FBI’s Communities Against Terrorism (CAT) program was instructing businesses that banal activities conducted by millions of Americans on a daily basis were potential indications of terrorist activity.

Flyers for the program being handed out to businesses such as Internet cafes even listed paying for a cup of coffee with cash as a suspicious activity.

A flyer aimed at Military Surplus stores also encourages owners to report people who “make bulk purchases of items to include….meals ready to eat”.

HZK, the beginning of Chi-Com and US partnership in fleecing of an over-regulated American industry goes further back than Bill Clinton.Nixon’s trip to China in ’72 was just the beginning of opening the the slave labor markets to Wall Street investment bankers .
American industry can’t compete in markets where there are two sets of rules, one for westerners and none for easterners.

The question I have is the Chinese government reciprocal in allowing American interests to buy up Chinese real estate and corporations or is this just a one way street where American business is restricted in Chinese commerce but not vice verse.

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-04-03/chinese-are-buying-large-chunks-land-across-america-and-zillow-now-enabling-it

The Chinese Are Buying Large Chunks Of Land Across America (And Zillow Is Now Enabling It)

Has the United States ever experienced a time when a foreign nation has attempted to buy up so much of our land all at once? As Michael Snyder details below, it appears the Chinese are on a real estate buying spree all over America as they are now the dominat ‘buyers’ of investment green cards. This is occurring as private equity buyers and hedge funds exit the buy-to-rent business en masse and are, as Mike Krieger explains, are desperate to pitch American property to anyone willing to keep Housing Bubble 2.0 inflated… it seems Zillow is more than happy to enable that, “Zillow agreed to make its U.S. property listings available to Chinese consumers through a partnership with a Beijing-based website.”

As The American Dream’s Michael Snyder explains, the Chinese are on a real estate buying spree all over America. In fact, in some cases large chunks of land are actually being given to them. Yes, you read that correctly. China is on the way to becoming the dominant land owner in the entire country, and that is starting to alarm a lot of people. Do we really want a foreign superpower to physically own so much of our territory?

There are some that are playing down this threat by making a distinction between the Chinese government and Chinese corporations, but things work differently over in China than they do here. In China, the government is involved in everything. In fact, 43 percent of all corporate profits in China are produced by companies that the Chinese government controls. And all of the rest of the companies are very careful to follow the lead and direction of the Chinese government.

Excellent article. It rewarded five minutes of suspended disbelief. A real service.

Poignant: “…remember back in 2011 when riot police swooped in to brutally crush the occupy movement? Remember how you felt? No one stood up for them. No one fought back. And what was the result? The thugs won.”

The difference this time? Weapons.

This article sheds a great deal of light on the truth of the matter. Corruption is just BAU.

Excellent commentary on the current state of We the US.

http://christianmerc.blogspot.com/2014/04/intemperate-frauds.html

Intemperate Frauds
There are two divided nations known as the United States. The best known is the United States of America. This is the one we all believed in, fought to defend and continue to fight to restore. The other one is the Constitutional United States, where states claim their authority over the federal government. This is the one worth fighting for today.

Perhaps, something new will take the place of the once powerful United States of America, perhaps a few other things. What is known is that the current government, actually the employees of the United States of America, no longer faithfully execute their offices. They are frauds, using our funds, pursuing the oppression of the very sustenance of their power.

The first skirmish in the ultimate undoing of this currently established nation has taken place at Bunkerville, Nevada on the Bundy Ranch. This is no longer a cohesive society. Those in power are not representatives of the people, they have other masters those big donors, those influence peddlers and money laundering experts. The true fact is simple: powerful people give big money to politicians (not representatives of the people) who become elected to official office, take an oath and immediately violate the oath and use their position to push the campaign contributions back to the powerful donors. It is a way of cycling the money through the U.S. Treasury, returning many times the amount of the contribution. Nowhere in this scheme is the role of the citizen other than to cast ballots. Sure, a road might get paved, a bridge built but by who? The companies headed by those big donors, of course.

So, let’s drop the pretense. When it comes to individuals like Bundy, there is no one in the federal government who will help. They have too many donors to repay to take up a cause that goes counter to their private promises with the exchange of the envelope.

Forget Mark Levin, forget Glenn Beck’s handwringing. If Glenn Beck had ever been sincere about his desire to see a re-constituted nation based on liberty and the rule of law, he missed it on the day he had several hundred thousand patriots on the mall in Washington D.C. If he had suggested anything, had any plan to put in place, we all would have taken his lead, but, as usual, he just wanted to talk.

On the other hand, we have Cliven Bundy, a man who stood up to the federal government goons long before any of us knew his name. He did it, because he was right and because he has a backbone. Of course he did it to keep things the way they were; to live and die on the ranch founded by his family. As half-owner of a small ranch in Colorado, I will tell you that the first person who tries to take it from me will never make it past the gate. That goes for bankers and deputies doing their dirty work.

No, I am not like Cliven Bundy. That is not a comparison I care to make, but we do have some similar experiences with the government and some similar attitudes about land and cattle. I will support Cliven Bundy, not because of our similar backgrounds, but because of our similar visions of federal intrusion and the criminal enterprise taking place on our nation’s hallowed ground. In a few days I will have the time to show my support in person, if it is required and they are still in need of physical support.

Anyone who goes to Nevada will have to do so accepting that it may be a one-way trip. That is a difficult proposition and one that should not be made in haste, but with reason and with bows tied around the issues at home.

Everything has changed in America. The criminals in Washington have been exposed and their minions sent out to deal with obstacles to their ambition are seen for the thugs that they are. Of course, on the other side of the political spectrum, the collectivist traitors willing to deny their oath, who wear badges and think about retirement with no reservations about killing supporters of Bundy from behind Kevlar and armored vehicles. Every criminal organization needs its enforcers.

This is why the war will take place, because criminal organizations do not back down, they can’t. Everything they have built in the last hundred years has been built with that threat of violence. If they don’t have that, they are like a mafia don with no one to make collections, no one to break legs, no one to execute their enemies. In order to enforce their will they would need integrity built by their dedication to principle and honest dealing. They would have to be respected and that veil dropped long ago.

So, the conflict is defined: Constitutional government vs government of intemperate frauds just cycling cash through the system and skimming off the top.

This unconstitutional nation now bears no resemblance to that agreed to under the United States charter. It is bogus, a thing Bundy understands and has been willing to expose as illegitimate.

It is natural for any government to become the tyrant. The founders understood that and instituted certain rights, codified our natural rights by declaring clearly the rights to free speech, a free press and the right to arms as a last resort. We are at the point of last resort, not just Bundy, but everyone who has suffered under the weight of these tyrants.
