I’m glad I didn’t waste my youth watching thousands and thousands of movies like Tarantino did but I am glad that he did. Watching a Tarantino flick is like watching a hundred different movies at once. I’ve seen enough B movies and worse to know that everything from his camera angles, characters, dialog, music, backgrounds and cinematography are indicative of those thousands of films he watched. He picks the very best aspects of a hundred different movies and incorporates them into one film. A true master of his craft. I wouldn’t mind spending a weekend with the guy watching his top ten favorite movies!
