My parents are both alive (thank God) and my mother`s birth date is 5 march 1940. My birthday is on 8th of march (1966).

Mom and dad will be coming over for Sunday dinner. I am fortunate to still have both of them at 80, although mom still drives me and my wife crazy. I asked her if she wanted me to pick them up, she said no she still has one good eye. I told her not to drive in circles. I’m not sure if she thought that was funny, Although my wife did. Happy Mother’s Day to all.

My birthday is today, and I was born on Mother’s Day.
But, sadly, my beloved mother is with me only in spirit.
They may pass, but they never really leave us.
My mom will be pissed off because I brought her flowers/
But if I don’t bring flowers she’ll think I don’t care.
That’s the kind of day it will be.
My mom lost her battle with cancer, I miss her dearly.
My dad found and married a perfectly lovely woman who I have come to love very much. Today is not only for the women who gave birth, but for all those that have stepped into the role of “Mom” for those already here, who need love.
