Methinks there cometh three horsemen of a sorry apocalypse: First, blacks are again rioting, looting, and burning. Second, the media are as usual lying, interpreting, concealing. Third, swatted-out heavies of a bush-league police force knock reporters around, arresting them for nothing, and refusing to reveal their identities. We are seeing the birth of a nation.
What actually happened in Ferguson? God only knows. Of course we are hearing from talking heads with bargain-basement IQs that a policeman, from racial motives, shot an unarmed black kid because he refused to stop walking in the street. Did it happen? Possibly. I wasn’t there. But the story smells.
Reflect: Every white cop short of the orbit of Neptune knows that if he shoots a black, he faces dismemberment in the media, loss of job and pension, probable criminal charges locally by a publicity-seeking prosecutor, a well-funded civil suit that he can’t afford filed by surviving family members, and trumped-up federal civil-rights charges from an attorney general who doesn’t like whites.
All this because he wants to shoot a black kid for jaywalking?
But let us ignore mere totalitarian fascism on the march. To this we are inured. Let us focus instead on the disastrous failure of racial policy. For over half a century we have had many Fergusons, mini-Fergusons, mega-Fergusons (Los Angles, among many others), and the Knockout Game ( micro-Fergusons). We will have more, and worse. Racial hostility is not subsiding. The races are not assimilating. If they were going to, they would have. The danger is that one of the serial Fergusons could go parallel.
The country could blow.
The media, Democrats, and race industry stoke the fires by telling blacks that they are victims, and some seem actually to be looking for a fight. Jesse Jackson is quoted as threatening, “There is a Ferguson near you.” True. Wherever blacks and whites come into contact, there is trouble.
With the encouragement of the various Jesses, blacks could make a bad miscalculation. Angry, poorly educated, and living in concentrations that make them seem more numerous than they are, they may miss some important points. They are only thirteen percent of America. Food does not come from Safeway, but from remote farms owned by whites in truck driven by whites. If Jesse and Al and the Black Panthers got their race war, blacks would lose it hugely. The country would not recover.
I doubt that our televised commentators have any idea what they are dealing with. Nor do academics. Whites with university educations, who read five books at once, who have never been in a police car, cannot know who the rioters are, cannot imagine how the world seems to them. Black physicists do not loot shoe stores. Those who do tend strongly to be functionally illiterate. The rest have probably never read a book in their lives. They live in a mental world unknown to most whites. They will never live amicably with white cops.
The feds have turned police into low-brow SS, but racial conflict would exist even if this weren’t true. As long as white policemen work in black neighborhoods, Fergusons will continue.
White cops tend to be from the lower middle class, often former military, with the accompanying values. Theirs is a conventional morality of obedience to the law, birth within wedlock, mowing the lawn, neat clothes, making sure the kids do their homework, orderliness, and avoidance of obscenity in mixed company. They are quietly but intensely contemptuous of the blacks of the deep city, whom they see as slovenly, criminal, shiftless, parasitic, and violent.
Don’t write me email about stereotypes etc. I’m telling you what a great many white policemen (I believe I could safely say nearly all) think. What they think and what they see governs their behavior, not whether you or I agree with it.
Meanwhile the blacks see white policemen as hostile occupiers, much as Parisians in 1943 saw their Wehrmacht occupiers. White cops seem agents of an alien and hostile race, always pushing them around. Speaking as one who has spent many, many nights patrolling with cops in black regions, I know well why the blacks feel this way:
“Hey, you! Yeah, you, with the beer in your hand. Pour it out. You can’t drink in public. I said pour…it…out.”
The obvious, inexpensive, simple, practical solution would be to have only black police in black neighborhoods, and white in white. This wouldn’t end shootings because it wouldn’t end crime, but it would end the consequent racial riots, looting, and burned cities. I suggested this when I was police writer for the Washington Times, but was told that it ran against the policy of compulsory integration. Black cops didn’t like the idea because it would leave them in the most dangerous jurisdictions.
We need to realize, but will not, that blacks are a separate people, self-aware and cohesive. They have their own dialect, music, and modes of dress, which they value. They name their kids LaToya and Keeshawn instead of Robert and Carol because they want to maintain a distance from whites.
The races spring from utterly different cultures. Compulsory integration is thus a form of social imperialism in which whites try to force blacks to conform to European norms. Blacks have no historical connection at all to Greece, Rome, the Old Testament Hebrews, Christianity, the Middle Ages, the Enlightenment, Industrial Revolution, to Newton, LaGrange, or Galois, to the philosophic tradition of Thales, Aquinas, Schopenhauer, or Hegel. Nor do Eurowhites have roots in Africa. No commonality exists.
We talk multiculturism, but try to impose a monoculture—ours—on blacks. Why? Why in school should we insist that blacks study things of no interest to them? It is reminiscent of policies aimed at stripping American Indians of their languages and traditions.
On the other hand, I as a white man have little enthusiasm for studying Shaka Zulu, the Great Zimbabwe, or African religions. Would not all be happier with their own schools in which they could maintain their own culture?
“Separate but equal” is in bad odor as a governing philosophy. It seems to be the only thing that works. If voluntary, wherein lies the evil? Less contact means less conflict.
Is there any evidence that blacks want to associate with whites? Or vice versa? In the universities, do blacks not clamor for black-only dormitories, black-only fraternities, and Black Studies? And what is wrong with this? Why should blacks not associate with whom they choose? And why should not whites?
Almost always, when the races do not have to mingle, they don’t. In Washington, blacks fleeing the crime of the city go to the heavily-black Prince George’s County, whites to Arlington, Fairfax, and Bethesda. Within Arlington, blacks cluster together in mini-barrios. So what? It’s their business.
Note that the togetherheid pushed endlessly on us is almost entirely rhetorical, preached by people who mean that others should practice it. I lived for years in the city with many liberal, racially correct friends. They spent all their time with other whites, and the restaurants and bars they patronized seldom had more than a token black, if that.
Ethnic mixing doesn’t work, gang. Not Moslems and Parisians, Irish Catholics and Protestants, Shias and Sunnis, Indonesians and Chinese, nor even New Yorkers and Alabamans. We think it should work, insist that it will, punish those who observe that it doesn’t. Yet still it doesn’t work. The greater the difference between groups, the less well it works. If we realized this, and let people do as they choose, the country would be much better off.
Fine, let ’em do as they choose but stop stealing 50% of my paycheck to pay for their “choice”. Fred, in reality, is dreaming. Blacks in America can never be too far away from YT. We move to the suburbs, they follow us if they can. Why? Because they can’t make anything work on their own, they need us. They are, for the most part, a lazy insolent race of adult children. I avoid them whenever I can.
Fred is never politically correct. The liberals would be screaming racism after reading this article. But, I’d have to agree with a large portion of his article based on my own observations.
Last night the Schuylkill Expressway was jammed so I decided to go home through the 30 Blocks of Squalor. I drove from 38th and Market, under the EL, through 69th Street. It was a slow trek. I had to stop at dozens of lights. I didn’t see one white person along the entire route.
I observed what few businesses existed on this route – cash checking, bars, nail salons, Social Security offices, more bars, and dudes selling furniture and appliances on the sidewalks. The vast majority of buildings were abandoned, dilapidated, boarded up, and unoccupied. There was trash everywhere. You could smell the filth. But there were a half dozen murals of black people doing great things on the sides of the dilapidated buildings.
The black people roaming the streets were a mixture of obese, crack addicts, and slovenly. I didn’t see one person who was dressed in a way that would be acceptable in a work environment. It was as if I was in a foreign country. That isn’t racist. It’s just a fact. These people live in a different world.
The unemployment rate in this area is about 50%. The vast majority are high school dropouts. You have a better chance of seeing God than finding someone with a wedding ring on their finger. I’m sure there are plenty of decent folk in this part of West Philly who are doing their best to get ahead, but they are a minority.
The 30 Blocks of Squalor is the result of decades of welfare programs, failed government education, taxing businesses and working middle class out of the city, and the rise of an uneducated dependency class who refuse to assimilate into society and live by the norms that most Americans live by.
There is no government solution. When the entitlements stop flowing because the Ponzi scheme collapses, every inner city ghetto in the country will explode and burn to the ground. Maybe we can rebuild something better then.

While Reed’s article is factually correct, I call total bullshit on its premise, which is that blacks cannot learn “white” (i.e. civilized) values.
I have mingled with too many middle class and lower-middle class blacks, who resemble their white counterparts in every respect but racial makeup. They have the same values. They are married before they breed. They go to work on time every day. They maintain their homes. They do not contribute to crime and blight and out-of-wedlock birthrates. They have the same aspirations. When I am in a suburb like Calumet Park or Forest Park, I feel I’m with people I can understand, even if they are by and large much more “conservative” in their social values than I am.
Middle and lower-middle class blacks are very “conservative” in the social values, by the way, perhaps to a fault, but that is only a natural reaction on the part of people to whom it means everything to get away from the ghettos and their pathologies. These people badly want to support civilized values, and they are hungry for guidance and knowledge… which they surely won’t find either on the left, which lumps them in the ghetto losers they so much want to get away from, and insults them by defending as “black” the worst of ghetto culture0 or from the right, which also classifies them with the losers and criminals. I have talked to many of these people, and they feel as though no one at all even sees them, let alone represents them.
The emergence of a distinct “black” culture is the result of the ideas that have infected mainstream white academia since the early 20th century, and that have worked their way down to be expressed by those at the bottom in a way that damages them and everything they touch. This toxic “culture” is the end result of the worship of the “primal” and deliberate, knowing rejection of civilized Western values by our intellectual elite, as evidenced by the irrationality and nihilism of so much art and literature in the 20th century, by those pandering to the worst among us with a specious philosophy of “multiculturalism”.
In short, the very people we need the most and depend upon to define and defend our values deliberately destroyed them, and the few people left to defend them are demoralized, uncertain, and untrained; and so end up falling back on platitudes and appeals to “tradition”, “Christian values”, and the like. The people at the bottom who aspire to something better and are groping for knowledge are thus left to choose between the destroyers who have the intellectual credentials and authority, or the defenders who are just as irrational in their way, and whose main appeal is to “traditions” that leave these people out completely.
Affirmative action is the only solution to the Democrat fascist dilema in the black community. The fascists know that 80% of blacks can`t make it without stealing from whites or having the government do it for them.
Jay Nixon put Kunte Kinte in charge in Ferguson and the Obongos looted in spite of the police not trying to keep order. Wow I am surprised.
The crazy thing is I have black co-workers how will openly complain when new blacks move into their neighborhood. They bitch when they see blacks at an open house or apartments. They speak of how they want to “get out” and move to a new white area.
Then the cycle continues over and over. Look at Ferguson. 1% black in 1970, as of 2010 it was 67%. I’m sure the blacks which moved out to Ferguson in the 70’s and up all said the same thing. I want to get away from the crazy brothers.
It is amazing how nice things can become when they leave. I was visiting my relatives in Brooklyn N.Y. in June. The neighborhoods look as if something took a massive broom and swept all the trash away. The difference is incredible. Neighborhoods they left, Clean, beautiful homes, nice shops and businesses, parks cleaner on and on. Go 8 blocks where the blacks still reside. Garbage on every street, thugs on the corner, rundown buildings. Good for Brooklyn. I hope they kick them all out.

Looting Resumes In Ferguson; Local Police Ordered To Stand Down

After a day of relative peace, things turned ugly again in Ferguson when shortly after midnight crowds again resorted to looting and vandalism in multiple businesses along West Florissant Ave with the focal point being the QuikTrip convenience store which Mike Brown allegedly robbed. The incidents seemed to gather steam after 12:00am.
According to KTVI, at least 200 St. Louis County Police officers were on scene and helping handle the situation. They confirm the Domino’s Pizza on West Florissant was set fire and burned. They also confirm multiple businesses vandalized and looted. But the shocker happened when county Police told Fox 2 News that its officers were at the Ferguson Market earlier when looters showed up, but were ordered to “Stand down” by Missouri State Highway Patrol incident commanders at the scene and basically withdrew and allowed the looters to have their way with the store.
In other words, first appeasement in the international arena, and now, domestically. Is it surprising then that increasingly the death of Mike Brown appears to merely be a pretext for even more looting? One does wonder just where and why the order to replace the local police with a highway patrol presence came in the first place.
As KFTI further, reports, the Missouri Highway Patrol continues to have incident command at the scene. A spokesman said they are gathering information and plan a news conference later this morning. They did not have any solid information about damage, arrests, or injuries.
As of this morning the looting activity seems to have quieted, but local media outlets report live pictures of cars racing down West Florissant and driving erratic. Furthermore, after being told to stand aside, a strong police presence appears to be returning and moving down West Florissant and standing off with some protestors.
And just in case Ukraine wants some pointers on what “evidence” means, here is photographic and video proof of the overnight events.

Fred nails it. It’s gonna blow at some point. During the Zimmerman trial the number of whites carrying handguns was unreal, carry permit or not, every white I know was armed. I know a couple of old women who tossed a handgun in their purse for the first time.
Whites in the south are ready and expect the Black Plague to rear it’s ugly head. It will be demolished in short order. Blacks here still remember the days of the KKK and most are afraid to venture out of the big city, for good reason. So the conflict will be contained in black neighborhoods, they don’t venture far from home. That’s the reason when they go ape shit crazy they burn their own neighborhoods they feel insulated there.
As I have posted in the past, I know a very nice well educated black family that’s prepping for the day law and order breaks down and the crazy blacks go on their rampage. They told me they believe that all blacks will be targeted once it starts, shoot on site, they plan on getting out of town and or having enough food and water to shelter in place till storm blows over.

Reed states that the country would be better off if any contact between races (or religions or ethnicities) was voluntary. I’d go one step further and claim that the country is too big and completely ungovernable in its current form. Split it up into lots of countries.
The USA thrived as 13 separate and sovereign states. Everyone did pretty much as they pleased. And if someone didn’t like how he was being governed, he could vote with his feet. It tended to act as a check against corrupt and overweening governments.

When I go through the back hills of West Virginia, I see the same thing as in Philly, just the people are white. When I go through the barrio, same thing, just people are hispanic. When I was in China, there was garabage everywher in poor areas, people dressed poorly.
When I meet Professors in colleges who are white, black, hispanic, or asian, they are dressed well.
That people are poor & uneducated is the common link, not race.

Actually, letting the looting run it’s course is probably the smartest thing to do here. The Gestapo can send in infiltrators with cameras and get pics of everyone looting. Then afterwards they go an arrest them at home, matching up the pics with photos on record at the DMV. This is a lot safer way to make arrests than in the middle of a melee.

Admin, to add to your crime rate comparison. With the exception of murder(which always gets reported) nobody really knows the crime rate is in the ghetto. The majority of crimes never get reported. Why, you ask? Because the cops will question and I assure you that a few in the group will have outstanding warrants for an outstanding crime. Once they hear the cops are coming it is amazing how fast everyone disappears and you would be surprised how quite and stealth a bunch of loud mouth brothers can be once they hear that the 5-0 is in route. Nobody wants the cops involved.

State Of Emergency, Curfew Issued For Ferguson

It was only a matter of time before Ferguson became the Americanized version of Gaza.
After last night’s looting in which the local police was inexplicably instructed to stand down by the state highway patrol, moments ago Missouri’s governor ,Jay Nixon, issued a local state of emergency and imposed a nighttime curfew lasting from midnight until 5 am. As the WSJ reports, at the Greater St. Mark Family Church in St. Louis, Gov. Jay Nixon said the overwhelming number of protesters have been peaceful. But the governor said he would not allow a small number of violent rioters to emerge again in the wake of a police-involved fatal shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown one week ago. “If we are going to have justice, we must first have and maintain peace,” the governor said adding that this is a test if the “town can break the cycle of fear.” From where we stand, the answer so far is a resounding no.

We reported previously on the events that took place in Ferguson after midnight, when yet another protest turned violent and many of the local businesses were looted. Here is some additional detail from the WSJ:
Just after midnight on Saturday, a large group of protesters moved from the sidewalks, where demonstrators had stayed peacefully till then, into the street and confronted police officers, who had donned riot gear and had been accompanied by armored vehicles for the first time since Wednesday.
But the police eventually pulled back from the scene to avoid a broader confrontation with the protesters and looters. “There was a decision made to pull our people out of there for fear for our safety and the protesters’,” Sgt. Al Nothum, spokesman for the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Saturday morning. “If there was a confrontation, people were going to be seriously injured,” he added.
Many of the protesters and looters wore bandannas over their faces and chanted: “No justice, no peace.” Police officers formed themselves into a line, and one demanded through a megaphone: “You must clear the roadway or face arrest.” Those protesters eventually backed away from the police line.
Officers wore what are known as battle-dress uniforms, or BDUs, as they stood in line. Some wore dark blue fatigues, which is a more traditional SWAT-style uniform, while others had military-style camouflage. The varying uniforms made it difficult to ascertain which department the officers were representing.
Separately, men who said they were members of a group calling itself the New Black Panther Party worked to push protesters back and maintain order, while some of the more vocal protesters cursed the police. Some protesters ran around the side of a nearby building to grab pre-made Molotov cocktails, though none was lighted or thrown.
Not long after that, the looting began. Young men with partially-covered faces kicked in the front door of a liquor store, and began looting bottles. Protesters said that store—Ferguson Market and Liquor—was the one from which Mr. Brown allegedly stole cigars and allegedly assaulted the store owner.
And with police unwilling, afraid or generally instructed not to engage, it was up to the business owners themselves to protect their property:
Sometime after 5 a.m., men who appeared to be owners of the businesses started arriving and standing in front of the looted stores to protect them. One man who arrived at Ferguson Market and Liquor had what appeared to be a pistol in his waistband, though with about an hour to go before sunrise, it appeared he hadn’t used the weapon.
After daybreak on Saturday, rain poured down on Ferguson, as police vehicles swarmed into town. Officers in bright yellow jackets took up positions in front of looted businesses, encountering no resistance.
Shop owners and members of the community were out by midmorning with brooms and shovels helping to clean up the mess made by looters.
What is most troubling is that it was also unclear who, exactly, has tactical control over the security forces in the troubled city. “The Highway Patrol has been tasked with keeping the peace in Ferguson,” said Sgt. Nothum, when asked about the command structure, but he couldn’t say whether that means the Highway Patrol had full tactical command of the situation on the ground, a question he said he hoped to be able to clarify by the news conference scheduled for Saturday afternoon.
“I called the police four or five times, I called since 12 o’clock!” he said, expressing frustration. “I called Ferguson and they said, ‘We don’t have anything to do with it.’ I called St. Louis County and they said ‘We don’t have anything to do with it.’ I called the state police, and they say, ‘You have to call Ferguson.’ It’s like a circle!”
But Highway Patrol Sgt. Nothum said he wasn’t aware that police weren’t responding to calls for help and that callers weren’t being put through to the appropriate department. He said he was aware of the frustration people like Mr. Jacobs feel if they have encountered such a circular situation.
In other words, the local authorities went from one extreme, of overreacting to any stimulus, to the other, of completely ignoring please for help from local residents: hardly the stuff social stability is made of.
As for Fergsuon, all that’s left is for someone to break the curfew and be shoot on sight: then again, if nothing else, consider all the “broken-window” GDP boosts this kind of domestic escalation could produce to the ivory tower-dwelling Keynesian econ PhDs…
