Another aside: The UN is behind the GloBull Warming political agenda (not a science concern). The original charter of the IPCC was to determine the human causes for warming – Not to study the cause of warming (science), which is obviously explained by mostly other natural factors.

There is no such thing as social justice. It is simply distributive justice re-branded.

German legal philosopher Gustav Radbruch pointed out that the transition from commutative to distributive (or social) justice meant a progressive displacement of private by public law, since public law consists not of rules of conduct for private citizens but rules of organization for public officials. It is, as he stressed, a law that subordinates the citizens to authority.
