Former Federal Prosecutor Says Hillary Clinton Could Be Indicted Within 60 Days (Or FBI Will Revolt)

Submitted by AnonWatcher via TheAntiMedia.org,

The leaking of the Clinton emails has been compared to as the next “Watergate” by former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova this week, if current FBI investigations don’t proceed in an appropriate manner. The revelation comes after more emails from Hilary Clinton’s personal email have come to light.

“[The investigation has reached] a critical mass,” DiGenova told radio host Laura Ingraham when discussing the FBI’s still pending investigation. Though Clinton is still yet to be charged with any crime, DiGenova advised on Tuesday that changes may be on the horizon. The mishandling over the classified intelligence may lead to an imminent indictment, with DiGenova suggesting it may come to a head within 60 days.

“I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general,” he said.

“The intelligence community will not stand for that. They will fight for indictment and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if she refuses to bring charges.”

The infamous emails documented extrajudicial killings by the U.S. allied rebels, and substantiated motives for warring with Libya as underlined by energy resources, gold, and silver.

One email dated 2011 describes in the strictest confidence “One rebel commander stated that his troops continue to summarily execute all foreign mercenaries captured in the fighting.” It continues to describe the training that some rebels received from the Egyptian Special Forces units, while French Operations troops worked along the Libyan border from Egyptian bases. “These troops are overseeing the transfer of weapons and supplies to the rebels.”

Amnesty International, in 2012, had reported on their discovery of militia (rebel) abuses of civilians and anyone potentially associated with the Gadhafi regime. In a report, it documented torture and abuse of detainees in militia-run facilities: whips, cables, and plastic hoses were used to beat the detainees who were also subjected to electrical shocks.

DiGenova emphasized the seriousness of Clinton’s situation during the interview. “I believe that that charges must be brought by Attorney General Loretta Lynch,” he explained, “[If Lynch chooses not to indict Clinton] It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable.”

“The American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails!”

Bernie Sanders…….. with Clinton nodding and smiling in agreement.

Sanders is moving on hilary in Iowa and New Hampshire, if he wins there and S. Carolina the bitch is in big trouble, and hilary is in panic mode, this guy may win the dem nomination and he doesn’t care about criminal behavior?

I just think the bitch has too many friends in high places and owes too many favors to too many people. They will make sure she gets in the WH.
I also dont see the FBI “revolting”, are they going to jeopardize their careers and pensions etc. Some yes, but the majority? Highly doubtful.
Hopefully Im wrong and she ends up in a jail cell but very little Ive seen in my adult life has me thinking that she will see justice. Plus if she is indicted then she will have leverage to name many names. That will either keep her out or cause an early funeral. Because this will be life and death she will fight with every available tactic.
Basically Ill believe it when I actually see it.

What harry p said ^^^.

I’d love to see the FBI revolt but just like the military, I highly doubt they’d risk their high salaries, cushy bennies and pensions for this.

Why should they (FBI ) revolt now ? They have known for 30 years the Clintons are criminals. The whole democratic party is a criminal organization.

The FBI also knows that the odds are very good that Obama isn’t even an American citizen and haven’t done shit about it. The only reason Obama would break the 2007 pact with Hillary is for Biden to get tapped to be the nominee. If that happens, it will be interesting to see how much dirt on Obama the Clinton camp exposes.

TC,
I think your right. Clinton and Obama are like opposing nations with nuclear weapons, it’s all out destruction or a tepid truce.

If she’s indicted we’ll know she is out of favor with the ruling powers.

If she isn’t we’ll know she isn’t.

In any event, the only candidate that can defeat Hillary is Hillary, let’s see if she does it.

To Kankles the Klown,

One of these days, the ground will drop out from beneath your feet. One of these days your heart will stop and play its final beat.
One of these days the clocks will stop & time wont mean a thing. One of these days your bombs will drop & silence everything.

We never know what’s really going on; the press lies as much through omission as its members do via leftist bias.

That said, we may discern things from events that cannot be hidden from view.

If Harpy Clinton is indicted (as black letter law seems to indicate) then we’ll know that her wing of the Deep State has lost some pull.

Eventually, as I’ve noted before, the credit bubble will burst. It will rearrange the names on the ruling organizational chart in a Big Way, but I doubt it will rearrange the chart itself.

The problem for the West is that fervor for democracy eventually led to the elimination of civil society. Now, political order reigns supreme, and it is bringing ruin.

If it’s darkest before the dawn, is it lightest before the night?

Have we (in Western countries) not acted like there’s a never-ending party going on, that “we” can have limitless guns and butter and just issue another trainload of IOU’s to cover the bill?

When the bill arrives it’s going to be hell to pay.

SPX just broke 1900 support.

I still think we’re on the cusp of a major bounce, but the other path at this point would be a total meltdown.

I wish I had more $ short, but it’s been hell to trade this so far.

Sorry, I have to LOL at this revolt nonsense. The FBI and other federal enforcers stood by and did nothing for 8 years as the Obama administration fumbled through Fast and Furious, inciting mass riots in Missouri and Maryland, funding Black Lives Matter, opening the border, releasing criminals and illegal immigrants, dropping leaflets on ISIS, etc. They might grumble but when push comes to shove they will shut up and do as they are told in order to keep their paychecks, benefits, and special privileges we peasants do not have. The same goes for the military with that whole “they won’t fire on civilians” BS.

Russell 2000 and Nasdaq are both down over 3%.

Dow Transportation index is down over 4%.

Unless there’s a rip-roaring rally in the next 85 minutes, tomorrow will either be an upside reversal of at least 3 days duration or it will open and then fall, finishing down hard.

The tumbleweed, I feel your frustration, but must point out that different times produce different results.

During the last several decades politicians were teflon. Nothing stuck. Markets (and social mood) were buoyant, and no one really cared about political crimes.

I’m just saying that this might be changing. When the social mood does roll over and head lower, political peccadilloes will be deemed High Crimes.

Eventually, Bill and Hill (and O) may very well hoist on their own petards, crimes they did a long time ago and for some time got away with, but that will be viewed (and prosecuted vigorously) when the mood changes dark.

Here’s a question:

If Hillary gets indicted but ends up running and winning anyway, could she pardon herself?

She will not be indicted. Given that I reside in Las Vegas and am an avid fan of the sports book, I would place odds at 10-1 she doesn’t get indicted.

@Tumbleweed: I’m in firm agreement with you. The FBI are not going to do anything as it is not in their interest to do so. Also, they are the same governmental entity that commits crimes on a mass scale and has provided cover-up for far worse activities than Hilary’s indiscretions.

I agree with the majority here, no one is committng seppuku over this. She will slide as always. The only way that does not happen is if the DNC decides they can win with Bernie and then dump her to finalize the transfer to the dark side a la socialism and complete central planning as is the long term goal. However as indicting her would cast such a bad light on their hero bill and the party I don’t see it happening, wish for it as I might.

I think what’s happening is, Hitlery pushed it waaaay too far. She thinks she’s a queen; above the law and doesn’t have to bother with things that apply to the “little people”. Her outrageous behavior may be her undoing. We can only hope. But were she to be elected we might have a Constitutional crisis as this emailgate could exclude her from being able to obtain the proper security clearance.

But it will depend on the DOJ actually going forward with the case.

I stand my opinion posted when it was said that biden was going to announce whether or not he was running in 2016 – if Biden is not running, then that will mean the obama DOJ has decided not to indict killery, so there is no need for another corporatist dem to get into the race. If he was going to run, that would mean they were going to drop the hammer on her. All of this “indictment is likely in the next ___ days” is just noise. They had all the evidence they needed months ago and have done nothing. Biden has missed his moment to get in, and they aren’t going to risk handing the WH to trump (or sanders for that matter) at this point. Its time to face facts – we don’t live in a constitutional republic with rule of law anymore. We live in a banana republic where the rules only apply to little people.

The Laura Ingrahm show. aka “The Clown Show” where all the weirdos go. With such earth shattering revelations, is this the only media outlet that will have this guy on it? It makes me think thing will come of this. If it was real and substantial, FOX would be having this guy on round the clock. Zzzzzz. Back to sleep.

“The intelligence community will not stand for that. They will fight for indictment and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if she refuses to bring charges.”

What a load of bull excrement. The FBI rank and file will toe the F-ing line or lose their jobs because “they were looking at porn while on the job”.
