Apparently the ACLU is satisfied that they did this in a legal and acceptable manner.
I would expect that if anyone could find anything wrong with it they would.

I think they should add Detroit, Baltimore, and Ferguson to the Single Integrated Operational Plan’s (SIOP) Joint Strategic Target List (ie, the cities we nuke).
