Am I missing something? I see the comments / pictures, but not the actual article itself. Or is this some kind of performance art, a blank canvas to project the audience’s ideas upon?

James, just guessing but the picture seems to have expired or lost. But I can’t find it now on Google–maybe their “curators” (like Facebooks censors) took it down as offensive.
