NYPD SERVING & PROTECTING THE SHIT OUT OF YOU

A hispanic man, 50 years old, being restrained by 3 police officers while being punched repeatedly in the head. The man was snatched out of his car while on his way to visit his mother at the hospital who was having an emergency surgery. You can even hear the man screaming for help while on the ground.

Occurs on 149th Street between Cauldwell and Trinity Avenue in Mott Haven just before 10 a.m in New York City. The officers are from the 40th precinct. Take note of how the officer stops punching the man once he realizes someone else is recording.

Police sources said that Nunez lashed out at police after they gave his car a ticket.

He was resisting arrest when cops brought him to the ground, the sources said. The officers hit him as they tried to cuff his hands behind his back.

Nunez can be heard in the video screaming at the cops as they pick him up and threw him against a police van.

Apparently Nunez started the incident and escalated it to the point of arrest.

Which he resisted (a bad idea, one that never tuns out well no matter how justified you think you are).

FWIW, it looks more like the officer is slapping him in the head rather than punching him, either that or he hits like a girl.

Ever notice that police unions are “fraternal”? This should tell you something. The “thin-blue-line” is a gang, little different than street gangs–at least when it comes to “covering-up” questionable behavior by police. In today’s day and age, “officer safety” trumps de-escalation of force. This, in part, is due to the militarization of the police along with training in Israeli police tactics. This becomes a problem, with the “us vs. them” attitude that is fosters, along with the fact that Israel is a very different place, being on a constant “war footing”, and by necessity, its police tactics are very different. There are too many instances of police being “given a pass”, even when incontrovertible video and audio evidence is presented. Grand juries, guided by police-friendly prosecutors, quite often refuse to charge those police officers who abuse their authority. Police officers, who want to do the right thing, are quite often marginalized and put into harms way, by their own brethren…When a police officer is beating on someone that is already restrained while yelling, “stop resisting” THAT is but one reason police have a “bad name” in many instances…
Here are changes that can help reduce the police-induced violence:
1. Eliminate both “absolute” and “qualified” immunity for all public officials. The threat of being sued personally would encourage them to behave themselves.
2. Any public funds disbursed to citizens as a result of police misconduct should come out of their pension funds–NOT from the taxpayers.
3. Regular drug-testing of police officers as well as incident-based drug testing should take place whenever an officer is involved in a violent situation with a citizen–no exceptions.
4. Testing for steroid use should be a part of the drug testing program. You know damn well, many police officers “bulk up” with the “help” of steroids. Steroids also affect users mentally as well, making them more aggressive. The potential for abuse of citizens increases greatly with steroid use.
5. Internal affairs should only be used for disagreements between individual officers–NOT for investigations involving citizen abuse. State-level investigations should be mandatory for all suspected abuses involving citizens.
6. Prosecutors should be charged with malfeasance IF any evidence implicating police officer misconduct is not presented to the grand jury.
7. A national or state-by-state database of abusive individuals who should NEVER be allowed to perform police work should be established–a “blacklist” of abusive (former) police officers.
8. Get rid of police unions. Police unions (fraternities) protect the guilty, and are responsible for the massive whitewashing of questionable police behavior that is presently being committed.
9. Most people are unaware that police have special “rules” that prohibit them from being questioned for 48 hours. This allows them to “get their stories straight” and makes it easier to “cover up” bad police behavior. Police must be subject to the same laws as civilians.
10. All police should be required to wear bodycams and utilize dashcams that cannot be turned off. Any police officers who causes a dash or body cam to be turned off should be summarily fired–no excuses. Today’s body and dash cams are reliable enough to withstand harsh treatment. Body and dashcam footage should be uploaded to a public channel “on the cloud” for public perusal.
11. All interrogations must be video and audio recorded. Police should be prohibited from lying or fabricating stories in order to get suspects to confess. False confessions ARE a problem in many departments. Unknown to most people, police can lie with impunity while civilians can be charged with lying to police…fair? I think not…
Police work is not inherently dangerous…there are many other professions that are much more dangerous.
A little “Andy Taylor” could go a long way in allaying fears that citizens have of police.
That being said, I have no problem with police officers who do their job in a fair, conscientious manner…however, it is time to call to task those police officers who only “protect and serve” themselves

Need to know the details before being pulled from his car – the Nunez side, not the typical lying cops.

Need to know about pulling him from it too, the when and why of the confrontation. That isn’t in the video or in the accompanying article about it.

The written story says his car was getting ticketed, not him, was he parked in an ambulance or other no parking zone and refusing to move it maybe?

If that silver or red car in the background was his, the door being closed would argue against him being “pulled” from it where it would be expected to be open instead.

Just not enough information given to speculate on it one way or the other.

Chicago Police held a press conference Wednesday evening to address a Facebook live video showing assailants beating and at one point slashing a victim tied up in an apartment, in which they were heard saying “f*** white people” and “f*** Trump.”

The truth is never shown in a cell phone video taken from a bus seat thru glass ! Why was he on the ground ? Why was he stopped and placed into custody ?
When stopped by police full cooperation is your best and usually your only choice ! As for answering questions , keep your stupid fuckig mouth shut ! Speaking can only get you in trouble ! Two statements from you is all that should come out of your mouth !
1) Officer am I being detained or am I free to go !
Should the officer answer anything other than “You are free to go” YOU ARE UNDER ARREST regardless of what else is said so your next statement is :
2) I NEED AN ATTORNEY !
At this point you must receive legal counsel before any further questioning !
You may want to beat that cop senseless and he may deserve it but it will surely end badly for you remember police are allowed to lie to obtain an arrest for suspicion of anything at all ! It sucks , it’s wrong but it’s a fact !

This is what happens when you have the “King’s Agents” –rather than “Officers Of The Peace.”

They (meaning the LEO’s) are slaves to the leftist public officials who cut their paychecks–and swarm out into the population issuing fines, fees and citations for manufactured offenses such as parking… which in NYC is a massive money collection scheme.

So if this guy lashes out angrily at some uniformed tax collector–good!

You will note that the LEO’s who operate in these leftist controlled urban areas are more aggressive and violent when it comes to achieving their appointed rounds–of which they concentrate their efforts BTW, not the fighting of violent criminals (the case in point being Chi-Congo).

In places such as Chi-Congo and the MS-13 controlled areas of Los Angeles you will not see police going into sectors without massive backup and only when some major TV meriting crime (if then) occurs. Why? Because they are cowards mostly.

Most of LEO activity is directed now at “revenue farming” –that is scalping the citizenry such as you and me.

Even in “Red State” areas this behavior is focus of their attention (see asset seizure policies and horror stories).

A man getting beating by Copfuks in NYC. Stores closing and this song came to mind. It seems everywhere one looks there is one more insult on our so-called Freedom.

There is no excuse for beating a man lying prone on the street. That Cop just wanted to beat someone up. One thing for sure this won’t be on CNN tonight. What in the fuck is wrong with this world. The Bad guys don’t even try and hide what they are doing anymore. They get promoted…

This song came to mind.

Springsteen hates Trump …. “the republic is under siege by a moron ….. a flagrant, toxic narcissist …. the whole thing is tragic. Without overstating it, it’s a tragedy for our democracy.”

And just a couple days ago in the Newark Shit Ledger he said this;

“I’ve felt disgust before, but never the kind of fear that you feel now. It’s as simple as the fear of is someone simply competent enough to do this particular job? Forget about where they are ideologically. Do they simply have the pure competence to be put in the position of such responsibility?”

Hey RiNS ….. NOT telling you what you should or shouldn’t post. Just thought you’d like to know.

After DeNiro made his video about wanting to punch Trump in the face, I got rid of all three movies I have of him. Smashed them and trashed them.

Just the other day Ms Freud asked why we’re not watching Seinfeld anymore. I showed her George’s video where he urged electoral college voters committed to Trump to not vote for Trump. She said, “Oh, I get it.” And other than this post, I’m never referencing Seinfeld again. That show is dead to me.

I’m tired of supporting this sickfuk culture and told her more wholesale changes are coming.

Yeah I have read a bit about Springsteen’s ongoing mental unravelling politically. After I posted it I wondered if anyone would pick up on it. He can’t help himself as he is from one of the bluest States in the Country. You should know that by now Stucky. Your moniker pretty much lays out the problem. I don’t agree with his politics but I still like listening to his music.

The song is great. Now that said I ain’t gonna be buying anymore CD’s from him but I don’t mind though sticking it to the Boss by watching it online for free on Jewtoob. Besides if I was trying to keep score of artists political views I might be doomed to listen to a loop Lawrence Welk’s greatest hits. Seeing as artistes these days need to come with requisite liberal bias built into everything they do.

Maybe that is why I am listening to so much Deutsche Rock to counteract it’s ill effects.

Ah maybe you are right.

This is better.
