It’s got Nomi Prins in it, and she is one of the few who sees through the lies. I’ll watch it when I can find an hour that doesn’t have a lot of work in it.

Not all bad. But she lost me towards the end where she said that people who are only worth a few hundred million (e.g. Kerry), are more “caring” about the average Joe than those worth a few billion.

I listened to this while reading other articles. Some of what she says makes sense but some of it is bs,especially the infrastructure part.
What’s funny about this is I’m pretty sure that she’s Jewish & she’s basically on our side-get out of debt, rein in the big banks, own tangible assets, etc.Over on another thread a bunch of guys are about to blow their lids over how bad the Jews are.
What are they going to say if they listen to this-call her a double agent?
Nope, just a gatekeeper or controlled opposition. hahaha

Someone like Nomi Prins has no idea what’s about to happen. Her entire worldview is based on financialization and globalization. She has no idea where money comes from. Good riddance to her and all others like her. She can memorize and regurgitate factoids approved for public consumption, as long as nobody challenges her natrative. I’ll bet she would fold almost instantly if someone were to challenge her facts. Total parrot.
We should stop referring to it as The Narrative and start referring to it as The Parrotive.

Had to google her.
” She has worked as a managing director at Goldman-Sachs and as a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns, as well as having worked as a senior strategist at Lehman Brothers and analyst at the Chase Manhattan Bank.”
“She is a Senior Fellow at Demos. Demos is a United States based think tank, research and policy center founded in 2000 that presents a liberal viewpoint on economic issues.”
Demos is funded directly by George Soros and his Open Society Foundations.
I’m just wondering why the fuck I would listen to her.
Prins has some value! I stumbled upon her writings years back when I first began my descent down the rabbit hole!
Her book and subsequent youtube video entitled The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism is a MUST READ! It outlines our descent into a totalitarian banana republic, big brother nanny-police state very well!
She expounds upon the infamous words of Rahm Immanuel “Never let a good crisis go to waste!” to show how crises are manufactured to get effect and then controlled-policy makers offer the solutions!
As far as whether she is a good guy or a bad guy, Stuck….IDK,
Do we ever change our stripes? Have you or I ever been wrong about a topic or a situation? I know I have! This is how we learn often times. So, I’m not going to hold the fact that she was an employee of Goldman Sachs against her, considering her writings over the past 10 years. However, I do keep it in mind when weighing anything she does say now, or in the future.
I may not agree with her perspective always, just as I don’t agree with Max Keiser’s perspective always either and he, too, worked on Wall St.; but I do find much of what they say an accurate representation of our current economic conditions and the more accurate “causes” of these conditions than ANY MSM mockingbird or stooge like Paul Krugman or the guy on CNBC MONEY!
Some of her analysis of economic history of the past 50 years and neo-liberal economic policies across the globe is EXTREMELY informative.
The scary part about our current point in history is that all that needs to happen to arouse the slumbering giant is telling the unadulterated TRUTH because for TOO LONG, Americans have been indoctrinated into one version of history and distracted by the Rat Race and Keeping up with the Joneses promoted through the media and “Holly”Wood!

Oh, OK.
So, she was once one of the bad guys, but is using her knowledge of the badness to educate the masses because she is now one of the good guys.
I don’t trust those kind of people.
But, I do believe what you said … that she has some value. Just not for me.

Is she still a Senior Fellow at Demos? And, is Demos funded directly by George Soros?
If so, I don’t see how I could possible be interested in anything she has to say. I hold grudges.
However, I will try to keep an open mind about her in the future …. because, it seems like you’re really in love with her. 🙂
