Worst case scenario, the vibrant filled blue areas raze their cities to the ground and make a mad gibmedats dash for red lands only to be met with a wall of teargas and rubber bullets. If the legion of vibrant blue hoards make it past that wall, they are then met with real bullets at real terminal velocity.

Please, no need to fight! Just cut the power and water lines, stop the trucks and trains, set up firing positions along escape routes and watch the Urban Jungles burn baby burn.
