Wikileaks’ Assange Claims Hillary, Intel Officials “Quietly Pushing A Pence Takeover”

Tyler Durden's picture

Over the weekend we noted chatter that some saw Mike Pence as “the Deep State’s insurance policy,” and now, judging by tweets from Wikileaks’ Julian Assange, that may well be the Clinton/Intelligence Officials plan…

Adding that…

As The Daily Caller notes, Assange’s claims appear to come in response to reports that President Trump authorized the CIA to perform drone strikes on terrorists Monday evening…

As we concluded previously, if Trump doesn’t adopt the Cold War 2.0 approach of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and is forced out of his own administration in the same manner as Flynn, it will become clear why once we learn who would replace him: Mike Pence.

No matter what one makes of Trump – or his administration and the policies that have been initiated thus far – the fact remains that Trump won the U.S. election. The people working behind the scenes to oust him are not subject to democratic controls, nor are they working in the best interests of the American public. We are left to ask ourselves exactly how renewing relations with Russia –  a nuclear power –  could possibly endanger American lives.

Either way, we are more or less left with two paths ahead of us. The first path involves Trump giving in and adopting an anti-Russian agenda, as is already apparent in his decision to send more ground troops to Syria alongside Saudi troops, who will intentionally oppose the Syrian regime (a close ally of Russia). The second involves the possibility of another direct coup within the Trump administration, this time one that may ultimately force Trump out of the White House so he can be replaced by Mike Pence, a war hawk who will be more than happy to do the job Hillary Clinton wanted to do.

Almost the entire world’s establishment, from political to economic to religious, stands against Trump and his supporters.

It isn’t just Trump they want to be rid of, it’s you, me, and everyone else that voted for or supports him they want to be removed from anything resembling significance in our and the world’s future.

They may well succeed, one way or another, then we will be faced with a direct decision: What will we do about it?

I’m quite sure they already have contingency plans ready for our answer, no matter what it turns out to be.

Pence is Brutus. It’s obvious. With that fucking churchy face of his. He’s full of shit, AND he’s not at all on board with the Trump agenda of: 1) avoiding stupid wars 2) reversing globalism and 3) sealing the border and ending illegal immigration. Trump should have Pence killed and then make Bannon VP.

YES. I was thinking the same thing when I saw him. That “churchy” face is always a dead giveaway. Say what you will, but that “look” has successfully helped me dodge a huge amount of bullets in my business dealings. Everything from the Government rube behind the desk, to the guy wanting to sell me something, or “add to my bottom line”. In each and EVERY case, I come to find out later that the smiling “churchy face” was lying through his teeth, and making ANY kind of deal with him would have cost me dearly.
Humans have an instinctual immediate response to some people, it is called a “gut” feeling or intuition. The thinking, self aware among us, use that feeling as a trusted adviser. Maybe not to immediately dismiss out of hand, but to take as strong counsel, along with other “tells” that the situation is not as it seems.
When Pence drilled that slimey / creepazoid VP candidate of the hag that shall not be mentioned, he won over a lot of deplorables. However, I think a lot of us still had that “gut” feeling that it was somewhat of a “sale” and not genuine. Too smooth of a talker, and it just did not “fit”. Now that Assange said that, I am increasingly thinking that I agree that Trump has a real problem from the inside there, and maybe he knows it too (hopefully) and has contingency plans in place. I really hope, for our sake, that I am wrong, but I must agree with the floor, that something is not right with Pence.

Pense reminds me of Jerry Ford. A reliable establishment stooge, a man with no principles who goes with the flow and dumb as a brick.

I think what Hillary means is that Pence is a “nice guy,” which the Dems and their comrades in the media can walk all over easily. Haven’t seen anything yet that indicates Pence is undermining Trump. Not like those scumbags Ryan, McConnell, McCain, etc.

The last outsider who became POTUS was Reagan. ***THEY*** reined him in with Baker and Poppy as VP. A mere three months later a “lone wolf” assassination attempt came within inches of putting Poppy Bush, a CIA asset, in the driver’s seat where he “belonged”.
Trump’s a dead man walking.

Pence taps into my intuitive capacity and red lights flash. There is a visceral response of distrust. I hope I am in error, but as I have pointed out before, MSM and entertainment types don’t seem interested in making him a target, which is kind of strange, don’t you think?

I’ve always said that Pence is a snake in the grass, mostly in more colorful terms than that. He flunks my “looks like an asshole test”, but more importantly, he has always been a GOPtard neocon type.

I’ve said this before. If anything happens to Trump, “if he should be hit by lightning” to paraphrase Don Vito Corellone, all bets are off. This was the Patriots’ last attempt at the ballot box.

Well, at least there is still one box left.

“Either way, we are more or less left with two paths ahead of us” Who writes this kind of scaredy cat gibberish?
