Dunno if the truth will set you free. For me, it has just made me realize how un-free I am, in terms of the growing body of rules and constraints society puts on me.
Maybe being progressively free of my former delusions is the best form of freedom. Maybe moving toward being me, rather than what others wanted me to be is a form of freedom.
