I’ve seen a few comments here regarding the legal justification for using Military Tribunals to prosecute the bad actors who have attempted, or are currently attempting, a Coup d’etat of the government of the United States. There has been some back and forth about it on 8chan as well and I finally spotted a series of graphics along with a body of text put together by one on the anons over there. I’m not a lawyer but it looks like he lays it out pretty well. I welcome comments from all actual lawyers who might encounter this post.

The big fish must be fried before a military tribunal, there is no other way to do it. Q told us that.
So, first we should notice from the opinion Q linked to in post 64 that the President has the authority to detain Unlawful Enemy Combatants in order to protect the nation AND to punish them for their crimes with a military tribunal. That raises the question of who an Unlawful Enemy Combatant might be and how they get put in that class.
We then observe the Military Commissions Act of 2006 grants the President or the SecDef the authority to establish a tribunal that determines whether an individual is an Unlawful Enemy Combatant. If the tribunal determines the individual to be an Unlawful Enemy Combatant, their ass belongs to the military. They may be detained and tried before a military tribunal for the crimes they committed that caused them to be declared Unlawful Enemy Combatants.
(That means that even as US Citizens, they have no recourse to civilian courts.)
Guess what the Executive Order of Dec. 21st did? Declared a state of National Emergency due to serious humans rights abuses and corruption, worldwide. But while that EO only talked about blocking/seizing property, by declaring a state of National Emergency other measures became available.
Why were only foreign persons listed in the Annex to the EO?
Misdirection. Don’t look at nationalities, look at the representative acts they committed. The EO can easily apply to US citizens, but one has to decipher it to see that.
Then we discover another Executive Order on “Protecting Americans Through The Lawful Detention of Terrorists”. In another masterful stroke of misdirection, this EO says “Today, the United States remains engaged in an armed conflict with al‑Qa’ida, the Taliban, and associated forces, including with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.” It sounds like more “war on terror” but what that EO really did was cancel Obama’s EO shutting down Gitmo to re-establish Gitmo’s future availability.
We are in a state of armed conflict, but that EO does NOT mention that we are also in a state of National Emergency to deal with the problem with corruption and serious human rights, which leads anyone reading this to the impression that detainment only applies to those groups mentioned in the EO.
WRONG.
Sec. 2 (c) In addition, the United States may transport additional detainees to U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay when lawful and necessary to protect the Nation.
As we now know, appointed tribunals can declare US citizens Unlawful Enemy Combatants based on their corruption or human rights abuses and place them in military detention for trial before a military tribunal. That means Gitmo WILL be available to deal with the swamp creatures. Detention. Military Tribunals. Meat sandwiches.
All pieces are now in place to start taking the pieces off the board. The financial action authority to freeze their funds was issued on Dec. 17th. The authorization to start detaining them was issued just before the SOTU and ensured Gitmo would be available. But who pays attention to EO’s these days?
Instead, everyone will be talking about the SOTU address and the MEMO.
Give the team credit where credit is due, the two referenced EO’s are rather artfully written. Unless one already understands the issue of an Unlawful Enemy Combatant, it doesn’t look like it impacts US Citizens in any meaningful way. WRONG.
We have front row seats to the greatest show on earth and the curtain has just gone up.
Q dropped a clue which referenced “12 which have been sat for 39 days”. This refers to the military tribunal with 12 judges. Some discussion indicated that a tribunal can have fewer than 12 judges but 12 is that magic number required to impose a death sentence. Apparently the tribunal was convened about 12/17/2017 to begin reviewing the evidence against what is expected to be 43 defendants that meet the standard to be declared enemy combatants.
There is a near universal feeling that this initial work has been completed. There also seems to be some intel indicating that:
- BHO was the target extracted during the ATL airport shutdown and he was whisked to Camp David where Trump was waiting that night for a little “get to know each other meet and greet” with the tribunal.
- Another source of intel, Brendan Dilley, indicated that the recent traffic in and out of GITMO is evidence lower level bad actors have been given mini vacations to warm, sunny GITMO to view the accommodations, enjoy the beaches, meet the staff and more importantly meet the tribunal as well. This has been referred to by Q as “catch and release”. Besides creating a come to Haysus moment for the guests, it sows doubt and discord among the bad actors as to who might have said what to whom. Q has said that many are seeking deals…multiple attempts by some, and the answer has been no.
- The recent train wreck chartered to take the GOP members to Greenbrier for their retreat seems to involve the tribunal judges who had to be moved due to intel about their location being revealed by a bad actor. The (minor) derailment was intentional.I believe the tribunal and Trump are all at the Greenbrier right now.
- Dilley’s intel source said that three of Trumps Cabinet members have recently been discovered to be bad actors.
- There will be more than one bombshell memo coming but no idea on timing or subject. First one is dominating the news cycle now.
- We should expect more false flags.
- Trust Wray. Q has said this many times. Q also says to “enjoy the show” because deception and misdirection are part of waging any war. Wray and Sessions are good guys as is General Flynn and Admiral Rogers. Those last two are going to have monuments built in their honor. Trey Gowdy is a good guy and is going back into law to take on a special role where he can be more effective. Hannity and Michael Savage are in the know and reporting truthfully.
- Dilley’s guy also said to expect another big executive order.
- The sealed indictment count is over 10,300 and climbing.
CEO’s, politicians and other assorted mediatainment scum continue to drop like flies. Have you noticed that the various media outlets are not marching in lockstep anymore. Topics are the same but the narrative is much more varied because operation mockingbird has gone quiet. If they were honest they might have actual independent journalists in the field looking for info such as “Q”. Q’s intel has proven correct more than enough times for a dogged journalist to turn up a story or two that might give his editor a direction to run. Sadly it looks like they will go down in flames before they get a clue.
If Trump declassifies the memo it will be out today. If he merely approves it’s release it goes back to Congress for some final procedural stuff then comes out after that.

So what is the solution to dealing justice? Our public law system is just as corrupt. What other manner do you perscribe? Honestly curious.
Sure they are the solution. They cared so much for us, let’s return the favor. It was their choice to meet out distress. Let Rule-of-Law be rule of law.
The best way to defeat criminality is not be one. We are the ONLY country ever in history to embrace rule-of-law as the prime directive. Not always “comfortable, but with no rule-of-law, then there is no “America”. Besides which, there is no longer any place on earth to run, like there was in the late 1700’s.
So we need to stand up. We need to face this. We became weak, and inattentive. “Pacify” is not it. So long as we employ law and justice and fairness, I am OK with the results for those in high office who refused to comply with law.
Those who know combat know this: “Strike when you are struck, don’t “think” about it…if you want to survive”.

Seems as if the intel has been pretty accurate thus far ( don’t know about the Gitmo stuff). In order to comply with overall strength at end of year restrictions, the Armed Forces put Reservists and National Guard personnel on limited periods of active duty. This applies to particular units as well as selected individuals (usually eager volunteers who make more money and have greater benefits than in the civilian jobs). The unit usually deployes at less than TOE manning levels with many who don’t want to deploy replaced with volunteer fillers. These units rotate in and out of place where regular military personnel would be accompanied by dependents and probably would trigger PCS entitlements. Military Police units as well as other Combat Support and Combat Service Support organizations are cost effective for these minimal risk missions.
There is a rotation to Gitmo and other remote locations as short term mobilizations are completed and a newly mobilized unit takes up the mission. Much concern about an Arizona MP being assigned to Gitmo last month. However, it was simply replacing an MP unit from Minnesota that had completed a 9 month rotation
Same story about the New York unit.
It would be satisfying to anticipate some of the bad actors being sent to Gitmo for Military Tribunals. But that is wishful thinking. Furthermore, how many of the Enemy Combatants taken in the CENTCOM AO have faced Military Tribunals, been convicted and given sentences? It appears that many are just swapped out or quietly released.
Does the story reveal the names of any Gitmo prisoners? No, so why present this as evidence?

I wish I had something to offer that wasn’t based on my gut. Clearly if you know anything about it, that was done in an extra-lawful manner (technically legal, but intentionally corrupt). Once you had the ability to come up with unchecked sums of money, you had grease for the skids to get the show started. I think what makes it so hard for people to grasp is the duality of inherent human decency and the existence of cold blooded evil. If you have never cared about power or having control over others, how can you even begin to fathom the motivation? And if that is your driving force and you control the levers of power, who could know what you were up to, much less stop you?

I have known some people I believed to be driven by evil intent, but I have rarely seen or come close to someone I considered to be evil.
When my son was a young teen, we changed churches, moving to one with a youth group and a pastor who was all about trying to welcome new young people with friends in the group. My son had friends in the group and appeared to no longer need his mother in Sunday School with him. I was forced to find my own friends.
A youngish couple sat toward the back of the church and, having been trained early in my Baptist upbringing, the advantages of sitting near the back are many, with the obvious quick get away top of the list. I settled near them, opened the study guide sent my way from the teacher up front and decided I was good. After a few weeks, the young couple became “friendly” toward me (Nick, by that time in our marriage, rarely joined my son and I at church, even when his father was with us and he went with me. Just one of those agreements we seemed to make.)
Her name was Charlene and she had an amazing singing voice, which she shared from time to time. But, what she shared with me one day froze my blood. She was the daughter of one of the very successful ministers in the greater OKC area. She sang in the choir and worked in the church. And sometimes, at night, he would climb into her bed after she was about ten and while she stared at the ceiling and prayed for God to help her, her father would rape her and pray aloud for God to forgive him. She left home when she was 18, taking her younger sister with her, threatening her father with exposure should he ever contact her. Neither he nor her mother ever tried. That is cold.
That she continued to have faith, married and had a very wholesome relationship with her husband, Dave, who helped me with Poppa Grooch’s wheelchair when he came with me a few times, was something equally profound. They were genuinely good people who wished no ill to anyone, only peace and justice. Charlene told me that forgiving her parents meant forgiving their failures as parents and leaving it to God to resolve.
It taught me something. Never trust a preacher who turns the church into the family business. Never. And that includes politicians who try to turn their country into a family business.
Military Tribunal has a lot of advantage and certainly is warranted by a national emergency.

It is the best of your three scenarios, the most obvious common sense solution given Trump is our beach head in DC. But it is not right to call it “the Q script” although I understand you did it for the sake of brevity.
Q-anon has simply taken the temperature and mirrored the tone of the American people and Trump’s Campaign 2016 to glean all the core elements of OUR script. I live near the naval base in Norfolk, Virginia and in the past couple of weeks, lots of helicopter activity day and night, just like the days after 9/11. It would be hard to convince me that something yuge isn’t about to go down.
To anyone who is even remotely interested in the concept of liberty and the example of a nonviolent Christ, this whole Q business should cause some major pause and consternation. While the idea of a divinely inspired Boondock Saint like smashing of evil is no doubt evocative, you have to ask whether it would be self defeating. It is Sun Tzu meeting Machiavelli. It is using the enemies tactics to defeat the enemy. It is claiming that the same God who gave us sacrificial love in the form of his only son is also giving us deceitful and manipulative revenge as an avenue to exact justice. These two avenues can not be reconciled.
If you are not a Christian and your goal is to avoid pain and live as long as possible, then Sun and Machiavelli are your men, but those tactics are inconsistent with a Christian ethos.
As for the legality of military tribunals: any lawyer worth his salt knows that it does not really matter whether it is legal or not. Anything can be made “legal” and anything can be made “illegal”. All it takes is some smarmy legislator; an over imaginative judge or an arbitrarily zealous prosecutor. Whether or not military tribunals square with liberty and what is left of the idea of due process is another question — which I think has to answered in the negative.
Military tribunals are infamous for being kangaroo courts. The verdict is decided before hand and the proceedings are then shaped such that the desired result is attained. Civil courts ain’t much better, but they are a little bit. The whole discussion reminds me of the following dialogue from “A Man for All Seasons” :

The problem with trusting even the most honorable military leaders is that once their advice and counsel has proven successful on the beachfront and a functioning base of operations has been established to negotiate further with the “enemy” to resolve disputes, the military function should be set aside.
But, having called upon the faithful guardian to save ones country, that guardian starts to seek out the next foe in advance, wanting nothing more than to be the best guardian of its master as it possibly can. I’m not sure if a tribunal would operate the same as a courts-martial, but if so, there are many benefits to having a tribunal.
For one, being military minded theoretically imparts an objective quality to the thinking of members of the panel, forcing the questions of sedition, treason and other national level crimes to rise to the “clear and present danger” level. Theoretically. Politics is hard to remove completely, especially in military lawyers immersed in bureaucratic and administrative law. So, yes, the same qualities that give a tribunal benefit over public courtroom offer other unintended consequences once those benefits are realized.

Read the House Intelligence Committee memo. It’s a good memo–very legalistic, as it correctly confines itself to assertions backed by plenty of evidence. It deals exclusively with the FISA court petitions for surveillance of Carter Page. There are no broadstroke conspiracy theories, no speculation on coups, just the ascertainable facts about legally questionable, and probably illegal, actions of indentified individuals within the FBI and DOJ. Ideally, that’s the way the law works, although in actually it only works like that when potential defendants are high profile individuals able to afford top-notch legal counsel. That is the case here.
People are looking for masterstrokes and magic wands. They won’t happen; this isn’t Hollywood. If Trump gets 8 years as president, my guess is that some of the legal preceedings from these matters will still be dragging on when he takes his last ride on Air Force One.

I do believe that the 12/21 EO has had an impact on the donation fund circuit and is hurting the left in a painful way. The first time I heard about military tribunals was from him quite a while ago.
He comes across as humble, likable, proud of his blue collar and he seem to be the most optimistic of anyone claiming to hear from God. He seems to keep it within the short term future.

I suggested that he take the little bit in my own IRA collected during the year I worked part-time for a contractor and left the contribution at 50%, which was what I submerged into retirement and savings most of my working life after Nick and I married. So, even though it was a small amount in a Vanguard account drawing nothing but a bit of dust, it offered me an opportunity to prove our theory about the stock market correct once again.
Every time Nick and I invest in the market, it tanks. Now, by invest, I mean either directly via stock purchase as we tried early in our marriage with JNJ and P&G and Exxon because I took Peter Lynch’s advice about buying stock in what you buy (diapers and laundry detergent and carpool gasoline) or later via Index funds tied to various money-making philosophies. We realized shortly after trying to figure out the post dot-com market and losing a bit of money on a trade that seems, in retrospect, to have been a swindle we should have seen coming, that a bird in hand really is better than getting chiggers in the bushes. By the time 2008 came around, Nick and I were pretty much on a solid path to retiring in the hills somewhere and withdrawing from heavily populated areas.
So, most of our savings is in a form which we feel serves our retirement plans best. But, that small Vanguard account is kind of like chump change, but is a significant amount for a retired woman of 80, if it retains any of its almost 15K value in today’s spending. Last Monday, Nick got the email telling him that Vanguard had transferred one-third (less than 5K) of my IRA into the fund Nick had selected for redirecting my IRA holdings.
So, as you can see, while there may or may not be any connection to the SOTU or any Memo implicated or indicated, it is without a doubt my reinvesting funds into the marketplace (via Nick’s switch action) which has turned the ship of state.

My guess is that the only reason that the PPT has any reason to be attempting to keep the market on any life support is strictly as a result of government employee pensions which as I’m sure you know are not well funded. It’s been at totally unbelievable levels for me, and although I haven’t checked recently, a couple of weeks ago only 51% of Americans had any exposure to the stock market.
Trump has made the mistake of believing Gary Cohn and Steve Mnuchin. Trump even warned everyone that the market was in a bubble in 2015. He is not being frank with the public on the entire crony communist stock market where 190,000 corporations are receiving corporate welfare through the Defense Department.
I say, shut down the Fed and rely on Article 1 Section 8 Clause 5 for a greenback, but that has problems too, because everyone in Congress is an idiot and a criminal also. The entire system is totally fucked up from top to bottom with corrupt idiots! That includes the military!

If it crashes, the companies may be healthier since they are essentially operating a kiting scam paying shareholders outrageously high prices in buy backs and they are of course selling bonds and using the proceeds to fund the buy backs.
