Kavanaugh is the Tipping Point for Decline & Fall of the United States

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Kavanaugh’s hearing exposed the serious fact that the US Congress has become too polarized to even govern. What has been done to Kavanaugh is a serious disgrace for if the allegations of Ford are true, then she is at fault for not bringing charges back then and claiming it has defined her life. NOBODY should be allowed to bring any allegations against anyone decades after with no proof. They call them a Cold Case when they cannot solve a murder and Chicago’s track record is that they solve less than even one in six such murders and that is current incidents.

The Kavanaugh vote was strictly down the party line and that demonstrates the problem. The hatred and degree to which a person is attacked goes beyond that person but seriously harms his entire family. This is now becoming a serious deterrent to anyone in the future looking at taking such a post. Will they find someone in your past you just hates you for some reason who now thinks it is pay-back time? The Congress is now far too disconnected from the notion of God, truth, and justice for all. There is a complete breakdown of anything civilized in the country they are supposed to serve. The judiciary, which is traditionally distant from partisan bickering, is now smack in the middle of it. This nonsense that those appointed to the court vote only partisan means that we should simply replace the court with an artificial intelligence system that decides cases based strictly upon the Constitution.

This Congress would NEVER be capable of even writing a Constitution. If they existed in 1776, there would be NO United States. If they would have ever agreed to have a revolution against the King, they would have then turned on each other. Very few would have survived such an event. I personally am fed up with politics. My cousin has the musket that our family used in the American Revolution. If my family, who has fought in every war from the American Revolution onward were alive today, they would seriously wonder what they even fought for.

There is no doubt that historians will look back on the hearing as a turning point in this country when the Decline and Fall of the United States was at least exposed and some will make this event as the tipping point. This has exposed that hatred that is brewing beneath the surface. The computer will no doubt be correct. We have gone way too far to ever return to normality.

I have lived the last 60 years with a rape/incest victim. Now in her mid 70’s she can describe where it happened, when.what was said, and the smell of the perpetrator..
I do not believe Ford’s story. She is badly confused, mentally?, or lying. Perhaps the $700,ooo she is getting from the Gofund me has a bearing on her story. Sad that america ends this way. Chuckie schumer has done a complete job in organizing the idiots who are protesting Kavanaugh’t appointment. I am reminded of the quote attributed to President Truman who said,”when I was a young man and deciding what to do with my future, should I become a politician or a piano player in a whore house. To tell the truth, there isn’t much difference.”

Does anyone know for sure if it is *still* illegal to be a communist in the U.S. of A?
I seem to remember it was.
What was The penalty?
Is it still applicable today?
Thanks in advance for the answers.

Illegal? Hell, no! In America today, being a Bolshevik is totally Kosher!

“is *still* illegal to be a communist…?”

Proceed with caution for you may be next on the list!

“First they came for the Jews
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for the Communists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left
to speak out for me.”

Get rid of the power of the government over everyone’s lives, property, income, rights, freedoms, etc. and it won’t matter what people believe. THAT was supposed to be the point of a Constitution intended to limit government power.

Actually, the Constitution increased the power of the federal government over the Articles of Confederation. The Constitutional Convention was held after the Annapolis Convention failed to fix defects in the Articles. http://avalon.law.yale.edu/18th_century/annapoli.asp

Ten years ago America was a great power. Now, the American public is occupied with the behavior and the drinking habits of a boy in 1982.

Merkel will go away soon. The EU is on the way to break into pieces. Russia and Turkey agreed on Syria, Trump wants to go out. China cancels security talks with Mattis. NAFTA is over, now you have USMCA. Many other things. But in America, it is Kavanaugh and Ford, Ford and Kavanaugh, and Trump who fell in love with Kim. Nothing else. What is going on in your country?

Except that this whole sexual scandal bullshit is a distraction from what the real reasons are as to why Kavanaugh is not fit to serve.

“We have gone way too far to ever return to normality.”

Very true, we laugh at the progs, we make fun of the snowflakes, maybe because we have no control over the events unfolding so we poke, prod and laugh.

When the end comes, will it be sudden with an Idiocracy President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho, or a slow decent into the Hunger Games President Coriolanus Snow?

Everyone seems to gravitate to the extreme of misery and destruction.. Evidence..? No more than the certainty of what will occur in the next 24 hours, let alone next week.. we humans cannot see into the stream of time.. sorry.

Are we so blind that we cannot see the writing on the wall? The comments so far on this thread prove how ignorance has taken over our society. We started out as a Republic and now are a democracy. Democracies are among the worst form of government. Democracy destroys itself within 200 years. Albert Pike in his book Morals and Dogma written nearly 150 years ago describes Democracy in it’s death rattle. He describes exactly to the tee what is going on in our government now.

We joke about what is going on now in this comment section like it is no big thing… but it is! We are witnessing the breakdown of our government. What ignorance in the face of our deteriorating government!

Down vote me all you want. But a warning; you will experience directly the consequences of what is coming.

I would like to see some serious discussion on this blog about this. And keep the ignorant out of the discussion.

What is under attack is the Rule of Law. I would love to see serious discussion as well. The ignorant, like the poor, will always be with us.

We can build macros to “ignore” the ignorant

Good. Let it end. All that exists is a hollow shell of what we were supposed to be, wrapped in lies about what we are, and filled with dynamite waiting to explode in death and misery for millions in not tens of millions. The sooner we face the truth that we are well past what 535 idiots can ever hope to “represent,” and “govern,” the sooner we can all go our separate ways, finding voluntary associations that serve our needs and our interests in a peaceful manner. The longer this farce drags on, the worse the fighting will be, the greater the bloodshed, and the greater the hatred when the bullets stop flying.

Not sure that’s true RiNs. Anons have discussed it. It may be a ‘flood the fake’ straw man ploy. Ford is lying no doubt, but that angle is not easily supported.

I see it more of ‘A New Hope’. The bad guys have been in control of the US since they took out JFK. If Q Anon is any indicator, Kavanaugh is a chance to return to the republic, the rule of law, of what America was, before it was hijacked by Eisenhower’s MIC. Military Tribunals are about the only way to remove these guys, because they own the courts. Let hope, Trust the Plan, WWG1WGA!

Kavanaugh is a spinner of administrative law. This form of law is what put us in our situation today. It controls our lives without our consent and has been used unjustly against us and any form of creativity.

Armstrong is right that we’re at a ‘Tipping Point’ but he’s got the direction wrong. What if the Dow is not in a wild bubble but is discounting a ‘positive’ tipping and not a negative one. What if the Dow is discounting a major victory for the ‘right’ and a hammering of the ‘left’ at the up coming elections. The majority of commentators are, as always since 2008, consistently bearish and consistently wrong. My bet is the Dow is ‘yelling’ at us that we’re in a period of historical change, but that change is ‘positive’ and not ‘negative’.
