Accused Christchurch mosque shooter Brenton Harrison Tarrant smiled as he flashed an internet-memed “white power” gesture during a brief court appearance on Saturday when he was charged with murder in a shooting rampage that left 49 people dead in two New Zealand mosques. He did not request bail and was ordered to remain in custody until the date of his next hearing, scheduled for April 5. Police said more charges will be filed against him.
Tarrant, 28, originally from Grafton, New South Wales but more recently a resident of Dunedin on New Zealand’s South Island, had his hands chained to his waist as he wore white prison overalls. The police allege that after opening fire inside the Al Noor Mosque Tarrant drove to the Linwood Masjid Mosque across town and continued his rampage.
Daniel John Burrough, 18, has also been charged with ‘exciting hostility or ill-will’ in relation to the mosque attacks but he did not appear in court, according to Daily Mail. Police arrested three men – including Tarrant and Burrough – and a woman following Friday’s attack. The unnamed woman remains in custody, while the third man who was arrested is not linked with the attacks and has been released.
The investigation is headed by New Zealand police and assisted by Australian police in New South Wales, according to Reuters. NSW Police Assistant Commissioner Mick Willing told media that the region’s joint counterterrorism unit has joined the investigation. Tarrant’s relatives have been assisting the police as well.
Tarrant was escorted to a heavily-guarded courtroom under unprecedented security measures as angry people flocked to the Christchurch District Court, even though it was closed to the public and only accredited media members were allowed in.
The short stocky man stood squarely in place beside two officers throughout the hearing. He turned around to repeatedly glance at the media, at District Court Judge Paul Kaller and out the windows of the Christchurch District Court, the Mail details:
At the beginning of the hearing he appeared to have a faint smile on his face, but it faded into a neutral expression as the hearing continued.
Security was tight, with about six security guards and police in total, the guards wearing black protective vests.
The hearing, which was closed to the public “in the interest of public safety” was all over in just a few minutes, with Tarrant taking one final look at those gathered and marched away. Some victims’ relatives were waiting at the front doors to the court.
Tarrant was photographed and filmed in court by New Zealand cameras but they have been ordered to pixellate his face in images from inside court.
Just as he was about to be brought into court, a member of the public tried to storm the court to ‘knife’ the attacker before proceedings began, the New Zealand Herald reported. The man reportedly told the paper that he wanted to stab the suspect.
“What the f*** has happened here,” he told reporters. Another man was cited shouting “rot in f****** hell” as he drove by the courthouse.

Police Commissioner Mike Bush confirmed the death toll stands at 49, with 42 injured. He said that after receiving the initial emergency call at 1.42pm local time, police took 36 minutes to track down and detain Tarrant.
‘That is an incredibly fast response time. You had a mobile offender across large metropolitan city. I am very happy with the response of our staff,’ Bush said.
A surgeon from Christchurch Hospital described Friday’s events as ‘carnage’.
Commissioner Bush said that the third man was spotted carrying a gun by a police officer, but after questioning it was revealed the man was on his way to collect his children from school and took the weapon to protect himself.

Tarrant, who would later go on to become a personal trainer, inherited a love of physical fitness from his father, who reportedly died of an asbestos-related illness.
A woman who claims to have previously known Tarrant through the gym, alleged it was him in the live stream. She told Daily Mail Australia that he followed a strict dietary and exercise regime and worked at the gym after he finished school. The woman, who did not wish to be named, said Tarrant always ‘threw himself into his own personal training’ before he later became a qualified a trainer and started training others. ‘He was in the gym for long periods of time, lifting heaving weights. He pretty much transformed his body,’ she said.
The woman also said she had not spoken to him or heard him talk about his political or religious beliefs. ‘From the conversations we had about life he didn’t strike me as someone who had any interest in that or extremist views,’ she said.
“But I know he’s been travelling since he left Grafton. He has been travelling overseas, anywhere and everywhere. I would say it’s something in the nature of his travels, something he’s been around. I know he’s been to lots of different countries trying to experience lots of different things in life and I would say something’s happened in that time in his travels,” she said.
In a prior Facebook post about a trip to Pakistan on Facebook, he wrote it was ‘an incredible place filled with the most earnest, kindhearted and hospitable people in the world,’ The Sydney Morning Herald reported. ‘The beauty of hunza and nagar valley in autumn cannot be beat,’ he stated.
As ABC reported, Tarrant reportedly hails from the town of Grafton, in northeastern New South Wales, but has been living in Dunedin, New Zealand, for quite some time, according to the reports in the local media.

In a 74-page manifesto titled “The Great Replacement” that he posted online before the massacre, Tarrant described himself as an ‘ordinary, white man’, who was born into a working class, low income family of Scottish, Irish and English decent. The shooter wrote that he had ‘little interest in education’ growing up, and did not attend university as he had no great interest in anything offered at the schools. He claimed he made some money investing in Bitconnect – a type of digital currency – before he then used the money to travel overseas.
In the manifesto, Tarrant also delves into what had inspired him to carry out the shootings and vows “revenge” against Muslim “invaders.” The manifesto was reportedly written two weeks before the attacks. The manifesto Tarrant drew inspiration from other infamous shooters including Anders Breivik who killed 77 people in Oslo, Norway in 2011. His weapons bore neo-Nazi inscriptions and slogans, names of extremists, as well as historic figures who waged wars against Muslims.
He described himself as ‘just a regular white man’. He said he was born to ‘working class, low-income family… who decided to take a stand to ensure a future for my people’.
‘My parents are of Scottish, Irish and English stock. I had a regular childhood, without any great issues,’ he wrote.
The gunman said he carried out the massacre to ‘directly reduce immigration rates to European lands’.
He said New Zealand was not his ‘original choice’ for the attack but said the location would show ‘that nowhere in the world was safe’.
‘We must ensure the existence of our people, and a future for white children,’ he wrote.
He wrote that the shooting was an ‘act of revenge on the invaders for the hundreds of thousands of deaths caused by foreign invaders in European lands throughout history’.
‘For the enslavement of millions of Europeans taken from their lands by the Islamic slavers… for the thousands of European lives lost to terror attacks throughout European lands,’ the gunman wrote.
He shared photos to his now-removed Twitter account ahead of the attacks, showing weapons and military-style equipment.

Tarrant livestreamed his rampage online on Facebook. The footage in which he goes from room to room gunning down worshippers was promptly taken down on police request. Forty-nine people died in the Al Noor mosque and the Linwood mosque and over 40 were injured, some critically.
In the wake of the attack, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern vowed to overhaul the country’s gun laws banning semi-automatic rifles. The suspected shooter held the “category A” firearms license since 2007.

Birds of a feather.
The timing of all of this is interesting. We are on the verge of the Mueller report dropping (a big nothing burger) and potential declassification of FISA. BO and company are in deep shit. And so is everyone associated with this gong show.
So.
His manifesto and his actions serve a couple of purposes for the bird people.
In some aspects, it is written as though it comes from a moderate sociologist. In other ways, it is written from the perspective of a desperate man. It combines empirical data with fanaticism. This serves an important purpose – to make anyone discussing FACTS appear as though they could be the next unhinged NZ shooter. It gives the state the excuse it needs to crack down on any idea it deems dangerous.
The second thing it does is exacerbate political instability.
If I was part of a global criminal cartel masquerading as legitimate political power and I knew I was about to be exposed I’d do my damnedest to distract, deflect and probably turn vulnerable nations on their heads in order to simply continue the show and potentially draw in even more power for myself.
Anyways – that’s my take. History will tell me if I’m right or wrong.

This is precisely why we are where we are and why these kinds of things will escalate rather than abate. The State has completely and effectively severed the ties that bind us to one another and turned everyone into snitches and rats. If you cannot share your thoughts with the ones closest to you because of ideological differences that might upset the status quo, how do we imagine people will seek to expiate their demons?
It’s so important to be liked by others that there is no loyalty to anyone or anything other than political correctness. After all, spineless cowards wouldn’t want the media ( total strangers) to have a bad opinion of them. Until people stop caring what others think of them nothing is likely to change.
I have a sneaking feeling that people of other races think about themselves just about the same way Mr. Tarrant thinks about white people and our culture. It’s a certainly that most Asians do and their governments as well. (Try being a citizen of Japan if you’re not Japanese by birth. They have certainly thumbed their noses at diversity.) But few have the guts or the brains to put it down on paper.

I really don’t know anything about this guy shooting up a couple of Mosques. I also don’t know anything about the guy who shot up the temple a few months ago. I don’t know anything about all of the muslims that GW Bush killed in Iraq and Afghanistan and I don’t know anything about all of the muslims that Obama killed in Yemen.
All I can really say for sure is that the statement in the article above is incorrect on the face of it.

The first mosque is clearly in the west while it is the second mosque that is in the cities east. How dumb do you have to be to make that mistake? How do you get a job as a reporter when you don’t know your own city or even east from west. And finally, given that we apparently have an army of stupid reporters, police, and politicians, how on earth are we to believe anything that these criminally stupid people tell us is true? How do we even know that a person shot some other people? How do we know that it was this guy who shot them if they really got shot? How do you believe in the system that continuously lies to you? Day after day. Year after year. Never telling the truth about anything.
There is only one absolute. If you give up your right to defend yourself, you are no longer a man. Your right to self defense is fundamental to freedom. Without that one right you can never be free.

It says a lot when the media are trying to scrub copies of his Manifesto so few will read it. I’m certain that there are many statements in The Manifesto that would get some attention and might even open up a few eyes.
The problem though is that going into a mosque and killing people (especially children) will not appeal to most people. Perhaps if he would have taken out some of the people he mentioned – even if it were only one of them – he might have had a more valid point. After all, the “refugees” or “immigrants” were there because some “elite” made a law that allowed it to happen. The book “Term Limits” by Vince Flynn comes closer to making a difference if it could actually happen.
Of greater importance is that more people will know about this event that killed less than 100 people and have no idea that governments killed millions in the last century alone. Do people’s lives count less if they are murdered by a government? Individuals can’t even stand in the shadow of the evilness of governments.

As to the hand signal, it used to mean A-ok, all good, great, etc. Now I don’t know what it means, so many things have been perverted and twisted to fit an agenda, like the word liberal or the word gay or the word progressive….those words were once emblematic of good, now they’ve been twisted to describe perversions…..

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is calling for change following the country’s deadliest mass shooting ever.
On Friday morning, at least one shooter opened fire at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, leaving at least 49 dead and dozens more injured. Ardern qualified the shootings as a “terrorist attack” in a morning news conference, saying this will remain “one of New Zealand’s darkest days.”
Ardern revealed more details about the shooter in a news conference later in the day, saying the “primary perpetrator” used five guns in their attacks. They had a gun license to carry the “two semiautomatic weapons and two shotguns,” and they got that license in November 2017, Ardern continued. So given that fact — and that there had been three failed “attempts” to change gun laws in the past — Ahern pledged “our gun laws will change.”
The same tactic worked in Australia and England, after all. Not so well in the United States, where the descendants of the American Revolution know better than to permit themselves to be disarmed by their government.

New Zealand is a destination for the elites and deep staters when it all comes crashing down.
But while the deep staters have worked diligently to inject Islam into all kinds of places, like even the heartland of the USA, they do not want it in the Shire.
So why not have not only some incident that drive them out of NZ, but also disarms the locals too. Win win for the elites. They get their island nation of vassals.

On the way, it’s looking like the Second Amendment, while woefully unable to protect itself, and “lawyered” to death by people whose religion condones interpretation 500 ways on everything – 1 percent of the population, 40 percent of the SCOTUS – was still a damned good idea.
But how could I support 2A and agree with Vox on the arguments against this concept of “Free Speech”?

One, if we approached 2A with same fervor as the left uses 1A, we would be able to point a loaded weapon at everybody and claim 2A gives us the right to do that. Heck if we had 2A at the level that Hollywood wields the protection of 1A, would would have the proverbial “Neighbors with ICBMs” as often brought up in arguments.
And the way the world is getting now, all “free speech” means at this point is you can scream and complain all you like on your way to the gulag. Guns keep you out of the gulag or make the prospect extremely expensive for those who would consider putting you in one. So yes I can say that porn should be banned from the internet, “Piss Christ” artists should be thrown in jail, and teachers should be required by law not to talk politics, but leave my rifle alone.

The media has become a laughing stock, due to the number of fake news stories they have produced, but that will all change, as they now have a real story to run with. There is no way an Australian got those guns legally in NZ. The types of weapons they are would require a harder to get than average license plus, if memory recalls correctly, you need to be a NZ citizen or at least permanent residence to apply for a license.
Also, interesting that the date was on the ides of Marc which happened to be 6 x 6 x 6 days after the August 2018 solar eclipse (look it up). Somone also said (have not confimred) it was 13 hours after the facebook outage!
As an adolescent we played a game using the thumb forefinger circle sign. One used it to “catch” the observer in looking. If you were caught looking the payoff was “I caught you looking” perhaps with a fist slug to shoulder as penalty. The remedy to the observer was to place their forefinger in the circle. I conflated it with vague sexual allusions and dominance.
