Liking this recently added Sunday tradition, Jim.
Best decade for music.
So much variety and creativity.
Good selections posted. Again.
And sure, the comment contributions that follow will be worthy additions.

Squeezbox is more than a feeling, cuz you love her madly, and if she surrenders,
then you won’t have to go your own way.

“Best decade for music” was the ’60’s (though the really good stuff started coming our in the mid- to late 50’s. IMHO.

I was born in ’73 BUT, and as my old man put it, “Your mother went country and I stayed rock ‘n’ roll, so the only two bands we could agree on were “The Guess Who” and “CSN” (both of which I heard a LOT of). . . (and I don’t give a damn what THEY say about “memory”), in addition to “More than A Feeling”, there is one track that, to me and my “slobber-gland-turned-to-brain”, EPITOMIZES the 70’s hard rock scene (and yeah yeah, I heard lots of Sabbath and Priest near the end, but . . . this particular track is like the amniotic fluid which formed my rock ‘n’ roll heart):

I remember em all, and, glad to see me favorite Tull made the Sunday hit list.I will say though the video is from 1980,the year Tull in many ways fell apart for me and many fans. That year saw the exit of dual keyboards of David Palmer and John Evans along with departure of Barrimore Barlow(drummer, all had been on the ride from the early 70’s and was their best lineup in the humble yet fanatical fans view.I saw em first mid 70’s(was between the Warchild and Minstrel albums)and was from then on as a 12 year old kid till now a fan,saw the 50th tour,Andersons voice mostly shot but can still play the flute(even one legged for a bit still, not bad for a 70 year old!”.I will keep seeing em till either they or I drop, seen Tull alone over a 100 times now.

I saw a lot of great bands in the 70’s like Bowie/Yes/Bad Co./Queen,hell,the list is endless, thanks again dad for all the great tix for me and my friends!(RIP).

Admin, You are doing great with the 70’s Sunday addition.
You’ve got lots of readers hooked on Friday Fail and Walmart Freaks of the Week.

I would not suggest a Keeping Up with the Kartrashians Thursday (for the chilluns) but it might work.
Maybe just as a revolving feature: Meanwhile, in Kartrash-ia…

Kartrashia is not all about the Kardios, it is also about the self-absorbed, selfie generation that gazes into the mirror view of their self-phone with the camera pointed at them. They post their tiny lives on blast, making a tiny scene of a new infidelity look big and important, trying to drown out the world, waiting for the boomers to check out.
