It was surprising to see Lee Harvey Oswald silenced on live national TV by Jack Ruby. Lee had just (supposedly) murdered the president. Precautions to keep him capable of speech seemed indicated. He shortly was made otherwise.
Fast forward almost 60 years . . . and here we go again.
Jeffrey Epstein may not have killed the president – but he entertained at least one. Who is married (technically) to another would-be president. Others of potential interest were also, apparently, entertained by Epstein.
Who is now incapable of saying a thing about any of it.
One thing has been said, though – and it’s worth listening to over and over and over, until it finally sinks in: The government is incompetent. Say it again. As many times as it takes.
The government is a kind of metatastic duncery – a warehouse for the stunted. They should be treated as such – like mildly retarded children you hide the scissors from. They cannot be trusted to do anything competently – and yet, their serial incompetence is permitted to bolix up practically everything, from cars to the medical system to the keeping alive of a high-placed perv who probably had the goods on other high-placed pervs whose names and deeds we will likely never know now.
Because a bunch of government workers couldn’t – so we are told – prevent the high-placed perv from offing himself before he could unburden himself.
If Epstein’s Lee Harvey Oswalding was the result of incompetence, it is dispositive evidence that “incompetence” is an insufficient word to describe government. The works. All of it. This didn’t happen in a southren lock-up in the back of an old gas station outside of Birmingham to a local creep who woke up dead and that’s that.
It happened in New got-damned York. The feds were aware. This Epstein guy was at least as important in his own loathsome way as Oswald was and everyone knew it. Yet he was – apparently – handled as indifferently as some guy picked up for DWI. Eyes were not kept on him at all times – or even a closed-circuit camera. Like JFK’s brain, the recording has apparently vanished.
Epstein was also allowed to have the materials needed to do himself in – assuming he didn’t have help, in the manner of Jack Ruby helping Lee Harvey Oswald.
We’ll never know which it was, of course.

While it is certainly true that government is a giant jobs program for the incompetent who cannot cut it in a system based on VOLUNTARY exchange of monies for goods/services/labor, it is untrue to paint the ENTIRE government as incompetent. They would not be as successful with their non-stop crime sprees against freedom, liberty, and the citizens of the world, were at least some of them quite competent at these types of behaviors. They would not receive the financial support of the crony capitalists in big business were they NOT able to effective run protection rackets, destroy smaller competitors, prevent superior foreign competition from gaining a foothold, and so much more. They would not receive the payoffs and campaign contributions if they were not able to effectively paint an albatross like the F-35 and so many other planes/weapon systems as “vital” to national security, and “worth every penny,” all while keeping the gullible mainstream media toeing the line and the mouth-breathing dolts in society, blindly believing every lie that comes out of their mouths. And most importantly, they would not be able to continue to exist with so much blind support were it not for their competent ability to effectively brainwash and propagandize generation after generation of school children who were sent to their gulag of day prisons.
Incompetent? Only if you think that what they are doing has anything to do with what YOU think they should be doing.

Excellent comment as usual MrLiberty. Those people who always attribute the apparent failures of government to incompetence are naïve. Many in government at the top levels are very competent at what they do. The problem is that they are evil, not that they are incompetent.

Jack Ruby’s REAL name was Jack Rubenstein, a jew. It is likely that he was a part of the mossad operation to silence Kennedy and who wanted Kennedy DEAD so that israel’s clandestine, illegal nuclear weapons program would not be revealed.

If this were not a case of theatrical bullshittery, a prisoner such as Epstein would be segregated from the prison/general population and in his case would be guarded by federal marshals.
you may be missing the truths in each case. Was it prearranged for Ruby to kill Oswald so Oswald couldn’t say he hadn’t done it. They may not be as “incompetent” as you are led to believe. All prearranged – that’s not incompetence. That’s by design. Apply to Epstein.

Oswald DID say he was just a patsy….years later he was exhumed to quell rumors that it wasn’t him in said casket. Dr. Vincent Di Mayo did the exhumation exam. He stated the body was covered in Adipocere but that the dental records matched. Here is a photo purported to be of dead Oswald’s teeth. Note the wires, those are used to hold the jaws together, a needle gun is used to shoot darts that have wire attached into the upper and lower jaw (mandible and maxilla) and the wires are wrapped together. You’re welcome.
