Generally I would be against class action suits except where there is a history of blatant disregard .

Damn, I do believe the fuel system in that jet ski had a leak. Carburetors and parts made in China tend to have problems like that, especially if the poor souls who made it didn’t eat their bowl of rice with fish heads and frog eyes that day.
