According to a Daily Caller report, investigators from the State Department reviewing Hillary Clinton’s use of a private home e-mail server during her time as Secretary of State found almost 600 security violations that broke agency policy.
The investigation, which concluded September 6, found 38 different people accountable for 91 security violations. 497 more violations were uncovered but no certain individuals were found to be accountable for them.
The duration of the investigation was the main reason that Hillary skated on 497 of the violations. Many subjects of the probe, including Clinton and her close aides, left the State Department by the time the investigation began.
Although the FBI revealed that thousands of the e-mails on Clinton’s home server contained some level of classified info, and some were even classified as top secret – the highest level of classification – investigators claimed there was “no persuasive evidence” of “systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information”.
A month after her e-mail review concluded, it seems Hillary Clinton is attempting to deflect and curry headlines in her favor. Clinton claimed that Tulsi Gabbard is being groomed by Moscow to run as a third-party candidate in 2020 to help Trump secure his re-election win.
Clinton revealed this theory on Campaign HQ, a podcast hosted by David Plouffe, who was Obama’s campaign manager in 2008. Clinton claimed that Russia has “their eye on somebody who is… in the Democratic primary and… grooming her to be the third-party candidate” and continued on her tirade, referring to Gabbard but not mentioning her by name:
She is a favorite of the Russians. They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far. That’s assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which she might not because she is also a Russian asset. They know they can’t win without a third-party candidate, and so I do not know who it’s going to be, but I can guarantee you they will have a vigorous third-party challenge in the key states that they most need it.
Somehow, Clinton believes that a retry on the tried and asinine tactics she used against Trump in 2016 will have any impact on the 2020 race. Hillary once again confirms her status as Establishment jockey, fully believing that her opinions or claims still carry weight or integrity in today’s discourse.
The mainstream media completely clowned themselves pursuing Russia as a scapegoat and infallible boogeyman to the American public – and if Clinton wants to go down the same route, she is more than welcome to. Baseless allegations shine light on the true character of Clinton and reveal nothing regarding Gabbard or her motivations – no matter how staunchly Hillary claims it does.

Whether there was deliberate action on the part of Clinton is irrelevant. She committed the crimes, period.
Remember the Navy guy who accidentally photographed a submarine radar screen in a photo for his family, got 6 months confinement.
Every year there are multiple classes every govt person must take on computer safety practices. Clinton has been taking them for years and years. It’s not possible she was unaware her activity was criminal, period.
She could shoot Trump on national TV and not be even charged. Our criminal justice is that perverse.
Laws are evidently only for the little people.
Did she learn how to organize an operation during the Watergate investigation? Are we going to be listening to partially erased tapes soon?

She has nothing to worry about. The Dept. of Just Us will not prosecute her for ANY felony, no matter how egregious.
They’ve confirmed they’re fake investigating Giuliani and among others.

She’s 71 and not in great health, she’ll probably croak without ever seeing an indictment, much less the inside of a jail cell.
She was a lousy candidate and ran a lousy campaign. She looked ill and weak. Hell, she didn’t even go to every state. She offered nothing. The Democrats thought they had it in the bag and would just go to parties to celebrate her win. The current socialist lose with me because of their stance on rights with our second amendment. Lots of other Captain insano kind of thinking they have also.
